On Friday, October 4, 2019, our very own Mario Quintana, will be inducted into the Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame at Western New Mexico University as part of WNMU Homecoming events.

What an opportunity for us all to show Mario our support for all the wonderful things he has done and accomplished for our community, county and state in the area of physical activity over many years!

Mario has been much more than the Local Senior Olympics Coordinator. The list of accomplishments and involvement with athletics is too numerous to mention here!

Mario will be inducted at the annual WNMU Alumni Hall of Fame Breakfast on Friday, October 4, 2019. Cost for the breakfast is an affordable

$15 for adults and $6 for children 12 and under.

The breakfast will be otrdoors by the WNMU pool under the enormous tent!

One inductee has already reserved places for 35 people coming to support her! We can do much better than that!

Mario is a homegrown Silver City resident! His activities in sports started at an early age and have continued on!

Spread the word to friends and neighbors!
