Top Hill Drive – Hurley
Caller advised a named male is refusing to leave/now he is walking toward North Hurley. Deputies had negative contact.

Welfare check
Highway 90 – MM 33
A male in a white pickup is slumped over/a subject is outside the vehicle walking around. Deputy had contact with the male and he is okay.

Welfare check
Mountain View Road
Caller stated he hasn’t heard from his wife since last night and they usually talk every morning when he is out of town. Caller called back saying everything is okay.

Criminal damage to property
GCSO
Upon arrival to the office a deputy noticed the window to the public entrance to the Sheriff’s office was shattered in two places. Deputy was advised to call maintenance to see if they need to come out and repair the glass.

Saturday, Sept. 14

Loud music
Pheasant Drive – 1:20 a.m.
Deputy out with a named male and told him to turn it down for the night. Caller called back advising the music started up again shortly after the deputy left. Deputy had negative contact with loud music at this time/clear. Caller called back and said the music started up and he is trying to sleep. Second caller who wished to remain anonymous said the music woke her out of a . . .

Criminal trespass
Peeler Street – Arenas Valley
A named male was evicted in December and caller believes he is there at this time. Deputy had contact with someone living in the camp trailer/he has been staying here for some time and caller will have to evict him.

Welfare check
3420 E. Highway 180
Deputy advised a vehicle flashed its lights at the deputy/will be giving the male a ride to an address on Arenas Valley Road to get a second vehicle and a spare tire/his vehicle had a blowout.

Loud music
Pheasant Drive – 7:23 a.m.
Caller stated her neighbor has been playing music loudly all night and started again this morning. Deputy had contact with subject playing music and they did advise they were playing music and will turn it off.

Welfare check
Mimbres Yucca Drive – Upper Mimbres
Neighbor is okay.

Harassment
GCDC – 320 Ridge Road
Caller stated her daughter is visiting her boyfriend and she is being harassed by a named individual, and that individual is always harassing her.

Larceny
Highway 180/BLM land
Advised that his tent and other camping equipment were taken from his campsite.

Welfare check
Highway 180 – Arenas Valley – 6 p.m.
A named individual is at caller’s house extremely intoxicated and acting stupid. Deputy advised the individual was issued a CTW/units clear.

Criminal trespass warning
E. Highway 180 – Arenas Valley – 7:30 p.m.
The named individual is back on the property banging on the door.

Sunday, Sept. 15

Domestic disturbance
Snake Hill
A named male is on top of her hood and he won’t stop. Female disconnected the line. Deputies had negative contact with anyone/ATL’d Truck Bypass, Market, Oakwood and Little Walnut/Whispering Hills.

Missing persons
Eddie Ward Way
Caller advised her daughter and friend, both 8-years-old were playing outside and are now missing/she has been looking for them for about 45 minutes now. Friend’s mom is en route to caller’s house/early they asked if they could play at Jose Barrios, mom has . . .

Unwanted subject
S. Bayard Street
A named female was just there/she is high and intoxicated/her brother picked her up. Deputy advised units out at the Brown Derby/back out at location.

Harassment
Torbernite and Copper drives – Tyrone
Caller advised an 11-year-old boy is fighting with all the other kids/he is wearing a black and gray sweater/he is also harassing her.

Accident-injuries
Highway 90 – MM 22
State police unit and pickup northbound. Advised debris all over the roadway. EMS2 put Native Air on standby. TYFD requests Native Air. Border Patrol on scene at this time/advised head-on collision/SP unit in and out of consciousness. Native accepted flight and were advised to launch TYFD – MM 22.5 for the landing zone.

Criminal damage to property
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised a named male is breaking the windows at her residence/he is outside/he did get physical with her/he grabbed her hair/unknown where he is at this time. Deputy had contact with caller advising if contact is made with male will issue indefinite CTW for the address.
