Caller advised his ex-girlfriend just hit him while he was holding his 4-year-old daughter. She just left in her maroon Nissan Maxima/caller is on foot. Officers had contact with vehicle/negative contact with female.

Harassment

Male harassing customers again/he has a little girl with him/he is trying to pick up prescription narcotics/he has no ID with him. Subject is outside asking and harassing customers for their IDs. Officer has contact with male/giving him a ride to DMV.

Male wearing all black broke a window. EMS1 advised patient will remain in police custody. Officer advised female released by judge.

Caller just broke up a fight/a named female was making her brother fight another boy. Caller believes the brother is about 9-years-old and the female about 12-years-old/kids live somewhere on Kimberly.

Female in a silver car claiming she can buy everybody everything/female’s card doesn’t work. Caller wants her and her vehicle removed. Officer issued Deandra Tenoria an indefinite CTW for Silver Heights Chevron.

Tenant was evicted and one of his daughters broke into the apartment/she also broke the gate on the bottom of the stairs and has been living in the apartment. Officer stated everything is okay/all units will be clear/will follow up tomorrow.

Caller advised that a named male just hit him in the face and the male is leaving on his bike toward Penny Park. Caller refused medical/other subject was upset because caller gave his girlfriend a ride. Officer requested EMS for male with cut to his face.

Caller advised a couple is fighting/the female is hitting the male. Officer out at 19th and Gold with a named female.

Patient has been discharged and he is refusing to leave and yelling and cussing at workers. Officers will be taking Eugene Lynn to Bayard.

Caller advised his neighbor’s water has been running for three days now/he has not seen her in a few days/he knocked on her door with no answer/the water is now going under the foundation of his house. Officer had contact with female and neighbor/everything is okay/clear.

Male with gray hoodie/did have a 9mm gun on him/gun looked 9mm or .45 black/ran up Market toward Texas/they are okay in the store/have two witnesses. Caller advised the male ran off with several watches and dropped some on the sidewalk.

Customer trying to leave with furniture at the grocery entrance. Second employee is with the customer right now. Female shoplifter/not causing problems. Officer issued Desiree Reyes an indefinite CTW per the manager.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle

Caller’s daughter had the windows busted out at their home.

Caller stated two individuals are parked in a gray Honda. Officer had contact with a named male and a named female.

Caller stated a school bus ran a red light at the intersection and almost hit him and other cars/heading toward Tyrone. Officer had negative contact all the way up toward Highway 90.

Caller advised a named female was caught shoplifting a DVD/wants her issued a CTW for Albertson’s.

Caller advised a female went into the Visitor Center and started to take their items down from the shelves then took off down the ditch. Officer had contact with the female outside the Visitor Center and issued Sara Alvarez a CTW for the property.

Caller advised the father of a 3.5-year-old male has been having problems recently/this is the first time the father has had the child for one consecutive week and caller is concerned. Officer had contact advising child is fine/will call caller.

Employees tried to discourage the male from leaving but he left anyways. Officer had negative contact.

Male walking out the door/he took a bottle of liquor. Officer ATL/had contact with
Fabian Amaro at 12th and Bennett/out at Food Basket returning merchandise/male released on CTA.

Domestic disturbance

Caller’s ex-wife is yelling and breaking things and threatening caller. Caller is outside/she is inside still throwing stuff/he was asleep when she woke him up/it’s been three months since she’s been there/she is yelling at him through the window now, Officer advised units clear.
