When a tenant called caller, caller, who is the landlord, advised she did not hear anything on the other end and when she tried to call back she received a busy signal. Deputy advised one of the grandkids was playing with the phone/everything is okay.

Accident-injuries
Silver Heights Blvd. and N. Swan Street
Advised vehicles in the roadway/send fire to location reference fluids in roadway/request wrecker for vehicle with heavy front-end damage/request ambulance for 43-year-old female with neck pain.

Fraud/embezzlement
Ridge Road
Caller advised fraudulent charges are on his debit card.

Larceny
Rocky Acres Trail – Pinos Altos
Caller has an individual stealing wood from her property/subject still on scene cutting wood.

Disturbance
Highway 61 – Lower Mimbres
Advised she is trying to get on her property and a named male is standing on her driveway. Deputy had negative contact with male/will ATL.

Welfare check
Highway 15 @ Doc Campbell’s
40-year-old female called in to say she was okay, but Sgt. wanted to make sure she was okay. Passed call back to NMSP dispatch/advised they will let their officer know.

Accident-property damage
Arenas Valley Road @ Mis Amigos
Two vehicles off roadway/tan Chevy Tahoe and white Subaru/no injuries.

Battery
Highway 35 at La Tienda
Caller advised that a named male hit him about 40 minutes ago/he has a cut over his right eye. Deputy advised negative on ambulance/he was okay.

Domestic disturbance
Fellner – Santa Clara
Caller advised she was hit in the face by a named male who is intoxicated. Deputy advised clear/male left prior to arrival/will ATL.

Suspicious vehicle
Skyview Drive
White car with female inside/has been parked for about 10 minutes. Deputy advised clear/they want the female issued an indefinite CTW.

Sunday, Oct. 13

Welfare check
Highway 180 – MM 130 (1 mile west of Grant County Airport Road)
Female standing on the side of the highway next to a fire on the shoulder. BPD officer has contact at MM 129/negative on any fire. Deputy on scene will escort to Silver/one in unit en route to Walmart/back out near MM 130 with a small fire/clear.

Accident-property damage
W. Highway 180 – MM 108 (2 miles west of Truck Bypass junction)
A white Toyota Tacoma is in the ditch/no one is in the vehicle/airbags are deployed. Deputies request wrecker/out with registered owner’s mother.

Vehicle burglary
Grandmesa Drive
Caller advised a male was at her house yesterday/went back and broke into her vehicles.

Domestic disturbance
Highway 180 @ Peterson Drive
Male and female pushing each other. Another caller advised male is hitting the female. Deputies had negative contact/ATL on Peterson/had contact with female at Highway 180 @ Shasta.

Battery
Arenas Valley Road
Caller advised that a named male beat him up last night/he woke up to blood on his face/refused medical.

Criminal trespass warning
Highway 152 – Santa Rita
Caller wants a named male issued a CTW. Caller called back advising she saw the male on camera at her residence. Deputy on scene on foot/clear/everything is okay.

Goathead Path – Arenas Valley
Deputy out at address/they were just watching the football game.
