It is a tradition at the Geisler Gallery that owner Paula Geisler on occasion, or for no occasion at all, will have a unique and popular movie night!  This coming Monday, October 21, there will be a “Monday Night at the Movies” to celebrate the art of  the independent  artists of the Silver City Art Association. Think of this as a drive in movie without the big parking lot. Bring a folding chair if you like, or make it a tailgate party. It begins at dusk , 102 West Kelly Street, right off of Bullard Street in downtown Silver City. There may be popcorn  and hot spiced cider is a possibility but there definitely will be beautiful art shown on the big wall opposite of the Geisler Gallery!

The Geisler Gallery aka Common Ground will be open for viewing during the movie night. It is a great time to visit the very creative 2019 Indie Art Show for the first time or to revisit your favorite piece of art if you came for opening night. The show continues to be available for viewing during regular gallery hours through November 9. And remember! As  it gets dark on October 21, Monday Night at the Movies- begins!
