Do you long for more peace and fulfillment in your life? Do you feel distress, and anxiety about the direction of world events and concerned about the influence of technology and social media and disinformation in our politics and discourse today? Do you consider yourself spiritual but not religious?

In his talk, Mike Ferris will provide highlights of his own journey in search of serenity through discovery of spirituality in his life, sharing some of the insights he has learned from years of study of religious traditions and spiritual practices like yoga and meditation. His goal is to challenge others to explore their inner life as a means to bring back sanity in our world, one soul at a time.

Mike Ferris is retired from a professional career in environmental planning and community development and considers himself a spiritual seeker.

He holds a doctorate in ecological spirituality and is a practitioner of yoga, prayer and insight meditation as well as being an avid hiker enjoying being out in nature.
