WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) is a program that places youth 16-24 years of age in up to 1040 hours of paid work experiences with local employers.

In exchange for "a free employee" small businesses provide on the job training. There is also a cost share for adult employees. Come learn who qualifies and how partnering with WIOA is a win-win.
