Caller advised she heard 4 or 5 shots. Second caller advised they heard about 4 or 5. Deputy advised ATL white SUV with two males/went traffic at Highway 180 and Caddell Crossing/clear from traffic.

Accident-injuries

Caller advised someone crashed on their motorcycle/getting out to see if there are any injuries/lost contact with caller. Caller advised he is bleeding from inside his helmet. Deputy requested ambulance for 40-year-old male with severe injury to right hand/broke helmet/road rash. EMS1 requested to check Native Air/Native Air will check weather and call back.

Rio de Arenas Road – 12:53 p.m.
Caller advised there appeared to be a lot of arguing going on in the RV earlier today which appeared to be physical/sounded like someone said, "Go ahead and shoot me."/one female and two males live there. Deputies had negative contact.

Criminal sexual penetration
Rio de Arenas Road – 10:01 p.m.
Caller calling on behalf of friend whose son told her he had been sexually assaulted/they knew who did it but didn't want to say.

Female was asking for a ride/near the train tracks.

Caller advised a named male had texted her asking to Facetime him at midnight so he could show her something one last time and he won't ever ask her for anything again/he does have a history of depression, takes medication, and uses meth.

Domestic disturbance
Spring Creek Road
Neighbors are fighting/she can hear them screaming and yelling/could hear a truck revving its engine. Chevy Silverado left from the address/advised her girlfriend has been drinking/fight was physical/she is having abdominal pain.

Hot pursuit
S. Highway 90 and Daniel Street
White SUV traveling north on Highway 90 passed Daniel Street at 61 mph/passing Broadway at 54 mph/vehicle slowing down and turning east on 6th Street/passing Bennett Street/on Kelly Street/passing Swan Street/passing Durango/headed to dead end into the dirt.

Caller advised he is camping and subjects just shot at him/he got in his car and honked the horn and they left/caller is from Oregon. Deputy advised will be clear/having negative contact/there are too . . .

Caller advised he saw a bear in his backyard/it left to the west away from residential area. NMSP was advised/advising they would advise their G&F unit.

Two males walking. Freeport called back advising to cancel out/they lost track of the males.

Burglary
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised someone broke into the laundry room and shower/it's been an ongoing issue and they have been taking things. Deputy made contact with two subjects.

Unwanted subject
Trailing Heart Drive – Silver Acres
Two subjects are on caller's property/there is a court order saying both parties are to have no contact/they just left. Deputy advised to put out ATL for a named subject to issue an indefinite CTW for the address.

Welfare check
11793 Highway 180
Caller advised her 14-year-old granddaughter is angry in her room saying she wanted to die/she is locked in her bedroom/caller is outside the residence/she does have a history of mental health. Deputies made contact with granddaughter/everything is okay/she threw a shoe at the wall.

Jaguar Street – Santa Clara
Caller advised husband is refusing to give her her keys and not letting her leave/he just threw the keys at her/she is going to leave and doesn't want to speak with anyone.

Caller advised they hit a deer which needs to be put down. Caller advised the deer is no longer in the area.

Caller advised her parents are drunk/they are fighting with her and each other/caller disconnected the line. Dispatcher hears yelling in the background. 19-year-old caller called back advising her baby and little sister are there with them.
