Caller can hear a lot of yelling from the house. Deputies advised couple in verbal argument/both parties separating for the night.

Central Avenue
Female is back at location and sitting there/caller does not want her on the property anymore/she is there everyday. Officer advised to have GCSO assist/still busy on bank alarm call.

Welfare check
Budge Drive
Caller hasn't been able to get in contact with the mother of his kids/talked to them a week ago and was supposed to pick them up. Officer had negative contact.

Battery
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller advised a customer came in and punched the clerk. Deputy on scene.

Saturday, June 3

Larceny
North Street – 6:01 a.m.
Caller advised he just woke up to his Jeep alarm going off and property is missing. Officer out at a Vencill Street address.

Domestic disturbance
Empire Street – 11:16 a.m.
Caller advised it's a domestic with her daughter who has mental issues. Deputy advised will be clear/negative contact with any female.

Disturbance
Empire Street – 12:23 p.m.
Caller advised her mom has returned and is causing problems. Officer advised female has agreed to go to GRMC with her brother/both calls are verbal only/cancel NMSP.

North Street
A named male is back walking on the property/he stole the heater from the back porch. Officer had negative contact with male.

Stolen motor vehicle
Diamond Street
Caller advised that (redacted) tried to sell his vehicle yesterday and he found it at M&M Auto in Bayard and he had the vehicle transported to an unknown address in Silver and advised he is at an Oak Street address in Santa Clara and wants to report the vehicle as stolen. Deputy advised he tried to call Mr.(redacted)/negative contact.

Sunday, June 4

Harassment
Franey Street
Caller advised her client's son is harassing her/she went to take care of a client today and he left a note for her stating "This is for you." And drew a picture of a hand flipping her off/this is an ongoing issue. Deputy advised pend call for Bayard when they come on duty. Officer advised spoke with caller.

Criminal trespass warning
801 Tom Foy Blvd.
Officer advised CTW was issued to (redacted) for a Winifred Street address.

Domestic disturbance
Orchard Street
Caller advised (redacted) is tryinjg to hurt her and her daughter/caller is yelling for her daughter/daughter is crying in the background/caller is throwing up/caller is being uncooperative.

Criminal damage to property
Elm Street
(Redacted) went to his home and destroyed the plants in his front yard/(redacted) is not there now. Officer advised will take care of call when clear from GRMC/male wants (redacted) issued a CTW.

Caller advised her adult son is yelling at her husband. Deputy advised everything is okay/(redacted) agreed to leave/all verbal at this time.

D Street
Caller advised two males are in the front of her residence on the road/it is verbal and physical. Santa Clara PD officer out on D Street ATL/units can downgrade/negative contact with anything.

Domestic disturbance
Arizona Avenue – 7:18 a.m.
Caller advised her son is back home and causing problems/he is irate and threatening them. Deputy advised male did agree to leave for the day/he did leave on foot and refused a ride/clear.

Domestic disturbance
Arizona Avenue – 12:08 p.m.
Caller advised her son is acting out and wants to hit her. Dispatch can hear multiple subjects in the background arguing. Caller would like her son to go to the hospital.

204 Cortez Avenue
Caller advising her son called her advising that she needed to take him money or he was going to start killing people. Deputy made contact with caller/negative contact with son.

Loud music
Aztec Avenue
Officer made way to alley and did hear music/tried to make contact by banging on the door/negative contact with those inside but they did lower the music.

Game and Fish
Church Street and the creek
Mountain lion in the area making a lot of noise/wants the officer to drive through and make a lot of noise. Officer had negative contact.

Saturday, June 3

Weapons fired
Northern Santa Clara
Heard about 10 shots/unknown exact location/NMSP dispatch received call reference shots fired. Officer out at Bataan Park/clear/assisted by GCSO deputies.

Mineral Street
Caller last heard from a named male on May 1st/he isn't answering his texts or phone. Everything is okay/will call caller.

Sunday, June 4

Criminal trespass warning
S. Bard Street
Caller advised two males were just knocking at her door and one has a CTW for this location/both have left the property. Deputy pulled a case number and issued an arrest warrant for Eddie Herrera for criminal trespass.

Harassment
Manhattan Park Drive
Caller advising that (redacted) went and picked up (redacted) from her home and took him to the address in Bayard.

Male asking people their names and following them to their vehicles/caller is a customer. Officer advised one in custody en route to station.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Caller found a bullet hole in one of his vehicles.

W. Lincoln Street
Caller advised his window was shot at and is damaged.

Suspicious vehicle
Fort Bayard Road
Officer has contact with vehicle which ran out of gas/wrecker requested.

N. James Street
Caller keeps calling requesting to be picked up and taken to jail/won't say what is going on. Request ambulance for female with altered mental status/58-years-old. EMS1 advised patient refusal.
