Injured deer in the roadway/one shot fired. Deputy advised one more shot fired/deer was put down.

Advised someone destroyed the bush in their front yard and tore down a fence/there is also a dead rabbit in front of their gate.

Caller advised someone tore the window and tore up the air conditioner.

Wright Road – Upper Mimbres
Caller is having a domestic with her husband/wants the "Baker Law" put on him/advised he is hysterical. Second caller advised his wife is not leaving him alone/advising he's trying to separate himself from her and she keeps following him around. Deputy advised will be clear/verbal.

Weapons fired
Casas Grande Road – Hanover
Caller advised her daughter is home and has heard over five gunshots. Deputy advised clear for now/neighbor advised shots did not come from here/requesting frequent patrol . . .

Elias Road – Arenas Valley
SCI advising they received a report of a family squatting at the location and there are no utilties. Deputy out at location advising two mobile homes are on the property and no answer at either/did call SCI back.

2069 Cottage San Road – Silver Star Trailer Park
Caller advised she went to her ex's residence to get her belongings and she threatened to shoot her/caller advised she is no longer there.

Disturbance
11820 E. Highway 180
Caller advised multiple subjects are yelling at each other/two females yelling at a male outside/male inside giving clerk problems. Deputies advised parties left prior to arrival.

Tuesday, June 6

Deputy advised everything is okay/headed home.

Larceny
Ponderosa Drive – Upper Mimbres
Some kids in a black diesel truck stole a mailbox last night/mailbox's owner is elderly and sleeping. Deputy advised clear with blotter information.

Criminal trespass warning
2674 Highway 35
Caller advised a named female was just in his store and she has a CTW/she is no longer there but caller does have a picture showing she was there. Deputy issued a named female an indefinite CTW for La Tienda del Sol.

Breaking and entering
Mountain View Road
Caller advised someone broke into the office.

Battery
11820 E. Highway 180
Caller advising customers were unhappy with amount they were being charged/female went outside to get money/a named male came into store yelling at caller/advising male swung at him twice/connecting once/would like CTW issued/they left west in an older Suburban.

Caller advising her husband has been abusive to her/he is locked in his room/caller has until Saturday to leave home/17-year-old son is in the home also. Deputy advised clear.

Vehicle vs deer/vehicle is in the roadway.

Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Caller advising her neighbor is getting beat up by a named male/he is hitting her and she is screaming/a small child is outside as well. Deputy had negative contact/no one is coming to the door/out at a different nearby address.

Caller advised his neighbor is arguing with his girlfriend/they are both very intoxicated/he is trying to get her out of the car and she is refusing. Deputy spoke with caller.

Wednesday, June 7

Suspicious vehicle
6 Rio de Arenas Road – 12:46 a.m.
While patrolling Highway 180, deputy saw white truck in the fenced area of Pinnacle Propane/went to check it out/found that it was an employee and was returning a truck and filling it up for his route in the morning/everything is okay.

Accident-property damage
Highway 180 – MM 137 (4 miles west of Highway 61 junction)
Vehicle vs deer/vehicle off roadway/unknown location of deer.

Welfare check
2069 Cottage San Road – Silver Star
Tenant in her 70s has not been heard from in a while/there is someone in her trailer that is now telling caller that she passed away. Deputy was advised.

Criminal damage to property
Hanover Fire Station
Advised they put up a fence and the neighbor next to them tore it down/neighbor advised it was on his property but mapping doesn't show it. Deputies out at a Cerro Street address and at location.

Loud party
W. Encino Street – Santa Clara
Per NMSP. Have one unit en route requesting another unit respond/they received a call about the caretakers, who care for an elderly male, are throwing a party at his house. Deputy advised units clear/everything is okay.

Harassment
W. Encino Street – Santa Clara
Caller advised the neighbor is throwing a party/he just went to caller's house and started harassing her. Deputy made contact with caller, she advised neighbors across the street are harassing her about calling LE earlier/NMSP was dispatched for similar call within the last hour.

Thursday, June 8

Welfare check
Tyrone-Thompson Road and Highway 90
A white Western Express semi appears to either have wrecked or broken down/it is off the road. Deputies on scene/everything is okay/negative on anyone in or around it.

Domestic disturbance
Highway 15 – Pinos Altos
Female on 911/address was cutting in and out/upon callback female picked up the phone and is crying/service was cutting in and out/advised possibly got into a fight with her partner/advised them not to send anyone/disconnected the line. Deputy advised will be clear/both parties advising verbal/male advised he was going to leave.

Jasper Drive
Caller advising someone is signing her name on a title.

Unwanted subject
W. Encino Street – Santa Clara
Caller advised his sister is on his property and he does not want her there/she is currently standing on the patio/she's there to cause problems/she is causing problems at this time. Second caller calling for her uncle/aunt is causing problems for her brother and his kids.

Caller wants the parent of a tenant they have residing on their property issued a CTW.

Caller advised silver Toyota Rav4 vs deer/vehicle and dead deer off the roadway.

Two subjects standing next to a 2dr vehicle. Deputy had negative contact.

Elias Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised when she was getting home her neighbor shot at their vehicle/unknown who the neighbor is. Deputies had contact with caller/enroute to another Elias Road address.
