Caller advised the mother of a 2-year-old female is refusing to give her back to caller who has custody of the little girl/not having food has been an issue in the past. Officer requests another unit/non-emergency/NMSP officer is en route/check DVO between the two.

Caller advised that her brother called her saying his intoxicated friend needs an ambulance/unknown what for. 50-year-old male having heart issues/heart pain/intoxicated/diabetic/cannot walk.

Arizona Avenue – Hurley – 7:11 a.m.
Caller advised her son is being violent/son and father are yelling at each other/doesn't know why he is angry/he is in the backyard throwing things at the neighbors'/he is throwing things inside now. Hurley PD officer advised everything is okay/cancel SO unit.

Arizona Avenue – Hurley – 9:23 a.m.
Caller called and hung up right away. Called caller back. She requested LE right away. Hurley PD advised everything is okay/son is walking to court.

Arizona Avenue – Hurley – 11:44 a.m.
(Redacted) is causing problems/he is at the back of the house. Hurley PD officer advised spoke with doctor and APS/son is leaving for now.

Son has a knife and cut her sheets/he is in his bedroom now without the knife.

Caller advised her son is trying to hit her/caller is in the kitchen/her husband is between her and her son/did not hit her only tried. Deputy escorted son to RDA Snappy.

Caller advised her boyfriend is throwing things out of her house/he is breaking things and throwing things at caller/both reside at this address/he locked caller out of the house. Deputy advised everything was verbal/parties are separated/female has now left.

Aggravated assault
11988 Highway 180
A passenger in a red pickup pulling a trailer pointed a gun at caller and told caller he was going to go back/they left headed east on Highway 180/passenger got upset because caller accused him of stealing. Officer advised lost vehicle somewhere on Ft Bayard and Mill streets.

Walk-in advised an elderly female was wandering on the side of the highway/she seemed to be lost. Deputies ATL female/had negative contact.

No one should be there but it appears that someone is in the home. Officer advised going to attempt to make contact and issue CTWs/negative contact.

Officer advised in area looking for male sitting on side of the road/had contact just passed Dollar General/everything is okay/male walking to Silver.

Caller has not spoken to named female in three days now. NMSP officer is in area ATL advising spoke with neighbor who advised they did see her today and she does not look like she is in distress.

Male is pointing a gun at her employee/got into a silver car and headed toward Silver/one male and one female had taken dog food and other items/when employee approached them to get the items back is when male pulled the gun out on him. SCPD officer advised on Highway 180 ATL. NMSP officer advised coming up on 32nd Street Bypass.
