Domestic disturbance

A named male put his hands on caller/he is running down N. East Street/no shoes/negative on an ambulance. Deputies ATL for male/negative contact.

Wednesday, Sept. 13

Welfare check
N. Yucca Street
Male passed out in a green Lexus in the middle of the roadway in front of caller's house. Officer advised everything is okay.

Criminal damage to property
Grant Street
Caller advised someone has been squatting on the property and all their belongings are still inside the house.

Thursday, Sept. 14

Breaking and entering
Runnels Drive
Caller advised her son broke into the house last night. Officer advised will be en route after school zones.

Harassment
Bayard Elementary
Caller from Bayard Elementary School advised a student made a threat to shoot another student's house. Caller is getting child and parents to the office.

Fight
Snell Middle School
Two juvies caught fighting/parties have been separated/parents have been notified and are on their way.

Accident-property damage
Tom Foy Blvd. and Central Avenue
Caller advised the other party left headed to El Paso. Officer made contact with caller.

Officer advised both fences are locked/unable to make contact.

Female trying to flag someone down. Deputy out with the female who has locked herself out of her house/she is okay/she just wanted food and water/provided her food and water/refused medical.

Arizona Avenue – 9:37 a.m.
(Redacted) is fighting with his parents/is unstable. Deputy advised (redacted) is going to leave for the day.

Disturbance
Arizona Avenue – 4:55 p.m.
(Redacted) is yelling at all the neighbors/yelled at caller. LE had contact with (redacted)/everything is okay/set up frequent patrol for next month.

Criminal trespass warning
Romero Avenue
Female neighbor with mental health issues is sitting on caller's front porch with her dog/wants her removed from her property/wants her issued a CTW. LE advised issued the female an indefinite CTW to caller's property. Caller called back advising female is back on her property.

Santa Clara Police Department

Monday, Sept. 11

Welfare check
N. James Street – 2:29 p.m.
Caller advised he last spoke two days ago with the female who came back from El Paso the other day after being in a coma/his friend also went to check on her and could hear the dogs barking but she didn't answer/she lives alone and doesn't have any family to help her. Officer made contact with female/she is okay.

Welfare check
N. James Street – 4:19 p.m.
Officer requesting ambulance for 40-year-old female with severe swelling of lower extremities. XCFD advised patient is refusing medical. EMS2 advised send LE back to this location/patient needs to be seen and isn't cooperating.

Caller advised she heard about 5 or 6 gunshots outside of her . . . Officer advised negative contact/did speak with caller/set up frequent patrol throughout the night.
