Report of possible crashed car. Deputy found the vehicle about 3.5 miles from Highway 35 down a canyon/60 feet off roadway/eighth of a mile east of Shingle Canyon/negative contact with owner of vehicle/left message/send next wrecker.

Caller is nephew/hasn't heard from 87-year-old female since last week. Deputy advised negative on anyone at the house at this time.

A named female in her 80s has covid and has alcohol problems/did speak to her at 10 a.m. but believes she is a danger to herself. Deputy advised will take call after clear from current call since in the area.

Northbound/10-person white van all over the roadway. Hurley PD officer out with white van.

A named subject is threatening to beat up caller and is throwing rocks at caller's house/caller is in his red Dodge truck on Highway 356. Deputy had negative contact. Caller called back advising he is now at the Vanadium Post Office. Caller was advised to stay at location until a deputy arrives. Deputy has contact with caller.

Tan van pulled out in front of caller and almost hit him/Caller thinks driver is intoxicated/he is driving very slow. SCPD officer made contact with van on Hudson Street and Broadway/male is hiding in the back of . . .

Caller found the tenant of this house deceased/no one had seen him in three days. Deputy requested OMI. OMI advised ETA 40 minutes.

Caller advised someone shot at her passenger window while she was driving/no one is injured/did not see who it was.

Faywood Hot Springs
Caller stating a male is smashing his car with a shovel/male was telling caller he was going to kill him. Deputy has one male in investigative detention and then in protective custody.

Mesquite/Rosedale Road
Caller advised she heard a lot of yelling and screaming from a male and female/male took off driving/unsure if female is with male. SCPD officer and deputies made contact with caller/negative contact on Rosedale.

Backhoe driven off the pavement. Deputy advised backhoe is parked on side of road with hazards on and everything is okay.

Vehicle vs deer. Deer is deceased.

Caller advised a trailer on his property has been marked up and wants a neighbor issued a CTW for his property/it's been an ongoing issue for two years.

Domestic disturbance

Caller advised his son choked him/he was able to get away and is outside/his son is inside and under the influence of alcohol/he confronted his son for arguing with his mom on the phone.

Criminal damage to property
Mountain View Road
Advised noticed some damage to his home/a double-wide trailer has been taken apart/a named subject is the person who caused the damage/subject is not answering his phone. Deputy advised will be stopping by to speak with caller. Caller called back advising he was able to get the issue resolved/take no further action.

Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Caller arrived home and found a woman in her home/she just left with a black puppy/doesn't know if she stole anything. Deputy advised out at neighboring property searching a barn. It . . .

North Hurley Road
Advised an 11-year-old is sitting in a vehicle in their parking lot and refusing to get out of the vehicle. Mother is alone and is afraid of him/advised he can get aggressive and violent.

Advised two vehicles in the roadway/elderly lady involved in the accident. Second caller advised white Mini-Cooper was rear-ended by a truck/she is not injured. Deputy requested wrecker.

Vehicle vs cow/cow went over hood of vehicle/cow is alive in roadway/believes cow belongs to a certain family/tan Toyota Avalon/vehicle is still partially in roadway. Deputy requesting wrecker/wrecker en route.

Breaking and entering
Partridge Drive
Caller advised his brother just broke into his home/would like him removed. Ex-partner will be en route to check for damages as caller is out of town. Deputy advised walked around the residence/found the broken window with a ladder next to it/going to check the rest of the doors and windows.

Caller advised her husband is threatening to kill her/she has been staying with family in Arizona to stay safe/was alerted that (redacted) took $5,000 out of her 401k.

Advised subject lying in the median by Snappy Mart. Deputy advised a blanket is in the median but no person.

Disturbance
Enchanted Trail—Pinos Altos
Subject is telling caller she has to go with him, take money out of her account and give it to him/he is threatening to destroy her car if she doesn't/he has the keys to her car. Caller had to get off the phone/she didn't want him to see her on the phone. Deputies had contact with female/everything is okay/male left prior to arrival.

Caller from Pecos Cyber Academy in Portales advised has been unable to get in contact with a 13-year-old student and is concerned the student has not logged in to do school work.

A male wrote four checks that were bad/(Redacted) is the name signed.

Caller advised hasn't been on property since last week/seen windows open and things are moved and taken. Deputies cleared the residence.

Caller advised her shed was broken into between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. and things were taken.
Deputy set up frequent patrol for next two months.

Female in the middle of the road with blood on her hands holding her head/a male in a red hoodie was walking away from her. No response from Whiskey Creek FD. Deputy advised negative contact with anyone/advise EMS to clear.

Dog bite
S. Bear Creek
Caller advised he was bit by a dog which belongs to his cousin/the dog did puncture him and was aggressive afterwards/did not seek medical attention at this time.

Harassment
Aspen Street – Santa Clara
Caller advised the neighbor who lives on James Street just shot at him with a BB gun while he was outside smoking a cigarette. Deputy out at residence on James Street.

Unwanted subject
Hill Street
Caller advised (redacted) is at her house and should not be there/caller is not home/she received a phone call from her brother who is there watching her kids. Caller called back advising her brother called her saying they are no longer there/does not need anyone to respond. Caller called back advising her brother called her again . . .

Breaking and entering
Aguila Street – Santa Clara
Caller advising someone is in her house/cannot hear anyone inside the home/advising they did not find anyone. Deputy set up frequent patrol for one month.

34-year-old male having anxiety. Deputy advised taking male to SOS/SOS was full/taking male to hospital. Caller called back requesting someone to go back out and talk to him/he was checked at the hospital but was only given medications but now feels worse.
