500 East Street – Bayard Low Income Apartments
Caller advised a male is in her apartment who doesn't want to leave/he is being very rude. Officer en route with male to an address on Mack Hardin.

Harassment
N. Franey Street and Central Avenue
Caller advised he is rebuilding a line on Central Avenue and the owner of the property he is on is causing problems.

Central Avenue/ice machine
Advised her son is "not doing well"/he couldn't call 911. Officer advised in reference to getting an injection in Las Cruces and having a bad reaction/cancel XCPD.

Domestic disturbance
Blackhawk Street
Caller advised the female next door has been yelling at his family all day/she is fighting with her boyfriend and mother-in-law/she is yelling very loudly/believes she is under the influence. Officer advised everything is okay/female went to bed.

Momsen Street
Caller advised his daughter is "acting up"/is possibly under the influence of alcohol/she is yelling and out of control. Dispatch can hear female in the background advising "I am not yelling. All I said was get your s**t together." Female began yelling in the background. Advising they were at a parenting class together and she . . .

Neighbor states she just heard the male yelling and growling to himself. Officer made contact with (redacted) who was upset with dogs barking. Everything is okay.

N. Hurley Avenue and the Bridge
Female sitting on the north side of the bridge/looks like she is in distress. Another party caller advising she is in her early 30s and carrying a Walmart bag. Another caller advised she was crying when caller asked if she was okay/she is right in front of the Penjamo Bar. NMSP officer ATL the area around North Hurley.

Diaz and Aztec avenues
Checking on a child who is waiting for his mom. Officer advised child and mother are okay.

Tuesday, Nov. 7

Disturbance
Arizona Avenue – 9:14 a.m.
Advised son is causing issues and throwing things around/she can't walk and can't get away from him but keeps yelling at him/her and her husband are outside the residence/her son is angry because she called 911/he is still inside the house and following her around. Officer transported subject to Gateway Restaurant.

Domestic disturbance
Arizona Avenue – 6:24 p.m.
Advised son is trying to hurt her and her husband. Can hear son yelling in the background. Deputy advised dropping him off at a Cortez Avenue address.

Domestic disturbance
Arizona Avenue – 9:28 p.m.
Caller was yelling at another subject in the background/advising "I am calling the cops" and disconnected the line. Caller called back advising (redacted) came back/advising he is breaking everything in the house/he is calling her names/he is damaging the tires on a vehicle with a knife/he is now throwing rocks at the home/he just left walking down Arizona toward Cortez.

Wednesday, Nov. 8

Domestic disturbance
Arizona Avenue – 8:43 p.m.
Caller advised her son is trying to hit her and her husband/he is chasing them with a knife/all parties are outside. Caller is screaming very loudly/phone was dropped. Male yelling to caller "This is my house now, bitch," and disconnected the line. Second caller advising (redacted) is now at a nearby address attempting to get onto property/advising parents pushed him back inside home.

Arizona Avenue – 9:49 p.m.
Caller advising (redacted) is trying to fight her uncle and father/he was just at the window/father is pushing him back inside/father and uncle are back on property. Subject on 911 advising that (redacted) is inside the house and (redacted) is threatening her and stating he wants to fight.

Caller advised her daughter has been up for three days/she is on meth/she is off her psychotic meds/she is in the door of the camper screaming right now/she is 29-years-old. Officer spoke to caller over public service and was given the phone number to Mesilla Valley and agreed to call for the mom.

Larceny
Fort Bayard
Advised that a red bag was taken from Fort Bayard/he is now at Fox Field. Officer advised occurred in the county at the cemetery/will be county. Deputy advised will call when available.

Wednesday, Nov. 8

Criminal trespass warning
N. James Street
Caller states that (redacted) was trying to sell her rings/she thinks they are stolen/he also has an active CTW for her address/he already left. Officer had negative contact.

Welfare check
Cleveland Street
Caller is patient at GRMC/advising (redacted) has dementia and is home alone. Everything is okay.

Disturbance
Boulder Street
Caller advised (redacted) is at this address causing issues and refusing to leave/there is a DVO between the two subjects. Caller called back advising (redacted) is outside throwing rocks at the windows. Deputy advised subject is highly uncooperative.

A 65-year-old male has some medical issues/caller, who is his mother, hasn't spoken to him since last week. Deputy had negative contact with male/house is secured/unknown if anyone is home.

Criminal trespass
E. Morrow Street
Caller advising (redacted) is on her front porch and has a CTW/sitting on the chair. Deputy advised subject left prior to arrival/clear.
