Vehicle vs deer. Officer requesting deputy/one shot fired

Off of Montana and Cheyenne/advised her neighbor's smoke detector has been going off for the past hour and a half/cannot see or smell any smoke or flames. Officer had contact with caller./ Officer had contact with neighbor who had the smoke detector outside because it wouldn't stop going off.

Caller advised a male is on the property and will not leave/wants a CTW issued. Officer advised negative contact with vehicle.

N. Silver Heights Blvd. and 16th Street
Caller is in a blue car/the other vehicle is a silver car/caller states she hit her head but doesn't' need medical. Officer requested ambulance for the 35-year-old female who hit her head/she changed her mind.

Missing persons
1600 16th Street – Mountain View Senior Apartments
Caller's 41-year-old daughter has been missing since last Thursday/daughter is Maisie Lynette Yniguez/she also goes by Chavaria/she had an appointment in Las Cruces then was supposed to meet with her mother/she never did go to her mother's.

Female carrying a bag is walking in the roadway blocking traffic. Officer made contact.

Caller advised her female friend has not answered her phone for 24 hours. GCSO deputies had contact at the house south of caller's house.

Female is in the store pushing a Walmart cart/she is very irate and causing a disturbance/caller wants the female issued a CTW. Caller called back advising the female left toward Walmart. Officer had contact with Elizabeth Rainer in front of Tractor Supply/she was issued an indefinite CTW for Ace/follow-up at Ace.

In Row 12/grey car/male is beating on a female and they are also arguing/female is telling male to get off her/male is telling female to leave. Officer ran license plate.

W. College Avenue and N. Cooper Street
Officer made contact with registered owner/he was sleeping in the vehicle/advised him to move along.

Unwanted subject
610 N. Silver Street – Seasonal Overnight Shelter
Wants a named female removed from property due to suspicion of her using drugs/is not causing issues right now/negative on a CTW. Officers requesting ambulance for female in reference to the 45-year-old female having suicidal ideations.

Criminal damage to property
Louisiana Street
Caller advised a named male is shooting at his house with a gun/advised he is trying to break into his house/is at the front of his house/just shot at the house again. Line is open but caller is not saying anything. Caller advised the male is now in the house/is in the washroom/male is now breaking windows/is still in the house/trying to get into the room. Officer advised contact.

Caller from Public Works advised male outside yelling and screaming/advised to issue him a CTW. Officer out with Ruben Murillo/one male in custody/en route to Silver City Muni/clear/male arraigned and released.

Advised a named male is damaging her property/and advised that he kicked her out of the house. Officer advised David Diaz has an outstanding warrant out of Judge Clark's court for failure to appear on an injuring/tampering with a motor vehicle charge.

Caller from Silver Schools Administration advised a student from another district is making threats to cause bodily harm to a SHS student by shooting him/caller wants to speak to an officer.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle

Caller advised her co-worker approached her and started arguing with her/when she walked outside she saw her vehicle had been keyed and there was spit on the vehicle as well.

E. Highway 180 @ Walmart
Black Toyota Tacoma vs white car/both are in the roadway/no injuries for caller/the other driver hasn't exited the vehicle. Officer ran two license plates.

Advised a named male is asleep on her couch and she can't get him up/he appears to be intoxicated.

2333 Sheriff's Posse Road
Caller advised a male is lying on the tables/he is highly intoxicated/he has been there for about 1.5 hours/no CTW at this time. Officer out with the male/one male in unit enroute to The Ridges/dropped off at Mobile and Ridge.

Wednesday, Nov. 8

Unwanted subject
505 N. Hudson Street – SW Adolescent Group
Caller advised some people just stole donations/male and possibly a female/they are still in the parking lot/she hasn't seen these people yet/they are "new." Officer will issue CTWs to Eva Barella and Lynn Eddington.

Fraud/embezzlement
Caller advised she has been scammed/$150,000 was taken from Paypal/stated it happened in the last two weeks/the funds have been taken since October 20. Officer advised he will come back later as caller is not ready for him.

Disturbance
123 W. 12th Street
A named female in the store is causing problems/she is yelling in the background/she is mad because the "clerk was staring at her"/she is dumping her bag all over the counter and now/she is starting to calm down. Officer advised the female is negative on a CTW at this location.

Accident-injuries
1875 E. Highway 180
Advised one vehicle in roadway/female is having a panic attack/she hit her head/female left scene in a maroon Toyota Camry headed west. Officer advised is in the area of Silver Heights.

Shoplifting
1810 N. Swan Street
Tall male took a bottle of liquor and headed east toward Silver Heights Chevron.

Intoxicated persons
Gough Park
Male possibly drinking alcohol and possibly starting a fight. Officer out with two males/alcohol was disposed of and will settle down.

E. 32nd Street – GRMC
Possibly 10-year-old boy is hurt/he is limping/no one around him. Officer had negative contact.

Criminal trespass warning
2005 E. Highway 180
A named male is in the parking lot in a blue Challenger and he is not supposed to be on the property. Caller asked him to leave and he is refusing. Officer re-issued Nicholas Castro a CTW.

Caller advised a named male is inside his home refusing to leave/he is highly intoxicated/no CTW at this time. Officer dropped the male off at a Mountain View address.

Domestic disturbance
N. Corbin Street
Caller advised her male cousin is fighting with her mom/has been physical/caller advised she is in the kitchen and does feel safe. Officer advised one in investigative detention/everything is okay/male left. Caller called back advising the male is back at the house causing issues again.

2080 Memory Lane – Valley View Apartments
Caller advising she can hear a male and a female arguing/could hear subjects yelling to "not touch her."/unknown female is leaving in a grey Suburban.

Accident-property damage
E. Highway 180 @ Durango Street
Two vehicles in the roadway/grey Toyota Corolla and an Apex Solutions vehicle/negative on any injuries. Officer ran two license plates/requested wrecker for one vehicle which sustained heavy rear passenger damage and tire is bent.

Advised a named male called him last night stating he was sick and is now not answering his phone. Officer advised contact with subject/gates are locked.

Caller advised they are doing work behind the Shoe Dept and homeless are living behind the building/the owner wants the subjects and their belongings removed and a CTW issued. ATL for Anthony Alcorta/if contact is made issue a CTW for location.

Advised a male is knocking on the door of the women's house/he is banging on the door. Officer advised male left prior to arrival/ATL for Miguel Carrera/if contact is made stop and issue CTW for Sierra House and Gospel Mission.

Advised electronic items and a suitcase were taken/subjects were a male and female. Officer advised will call back on Tuesday to follow up with employee.

3001 S. Highway 90
Vehicle is stationary/was there yesterday/left when school was out and showed back up today. Officer advised she is okay/the female is not watching the school/she is making Tik Toks for products she found online.

1155 E. Highway 180
Advised he hit a vehicle from behind/vehicles are in the roadway/grey Mazda vs white pickup/negative on any injuries/officer ran two registrations and two driver's licenses.

Advised that a named male is on her property and she doesn't want him on her property/wants him issued a CTW. Officer advised Nathaniel Vannater has active warrants out of Judge Clark's court for failure to comply and to hold without bond.

Caller advised twice the 8-year-old boy has come to El Refugio hiding behind the barn/mom's boyfriend came in a blue 4dr sedan and got the boy before anyone could see him up close or speak with him. Officer advised ATL for Nicholas Maldonado driving a blue Chevy Cruize/if contact stop and welcheck on child.

206 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised a younger male wearing a hoodie stole three bottles of alcohol – one Fireball, one Smirnoff, one Skyy.
