Female wearing a gray hoodie and brown pants appears to be under the influence of a drug/she is refusing to leave/wants CTW issued. Officers had contact with female at Harvest Church/issued her a CTW.

Caller advised landlord is trying to break into her house. Landlord is trying to talk to the tenant and the tenant slammed the door in his face and did not let him in. Second caller is a named female.
