New Mexico State University's School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management will be hosting a happy hour as part of The Adjustment Project [TAP] series.

Friday, May 5, at 100 West Caf+¬, the School of HRTM will serve specialty cocktails, beers, wines and non-alcoholic beverages at modest prices. They will also feature specialty cocktails created by students from Director of the School of HRTM Jean Hertzman's HRTM-450 course.

The cocktails are Tangy Tango Margarita, by Delaney Aragon and Marina Downs; Spicy Mango Margarita, by Josea Wilcoxen, Anthony Rodgers and Carlos Fernandez; Grapefruit Gin Gin, by Shaylee Arvizu and Justeen Flores; and Purple Rain, by Crestina Medina and Lauren Rysanek.

The happy hour will run from 5-7 p.m. with beer, wine and cocktails ranging from $3-$6. Appetizers are complimentary with drink purchases. All proceeds and donations will benefit HRTM student clubs, activities and travel.

The happy hour TAP series will continue into the summer with events on June 9, July 7 and Aug. 4.
