White Sands Missile Range Notification

Interstates:

I-10, Mile Marker 84 to 100, Deming 1101630
FNF Construction, INC. (Contractor) will continue Roadway Rehabilitation along Interstate 10. Multiple lane closures will be in effect on both the westbound and eastbound lanes. An 11' width restriction will be in effect throughout the project. Motorists are asked to reduce speed, obey posted signs, use extreme caution, and be cautious of personnel in the area. Hours of operation will be from 4:30 am to 7:00 pm, seven days a week. Construction is expected to be completed by fall 2018.

I-25, Mile Marker 154 to 157.839, Lemitar CN 1100660
Mountain States Constructors, Inc. (Contractor) is continuing with bridge replacement and roadway reconstruction on Interstate 25 in Socorro Co. Interstate north bound traffic will be on the north bound driving lane on May 17, 2018. Mountain States will start resetting the temporary concrete wall barrier to the north bound Interstate 25. The north bound traffic will switch back to the south bound interstate 25 just south of the Lemitar exit. Once all the Temporary concrete wall barrier is switched to the north bound lane from the beginning of construction to the median cross over just right before the Lemitar north bound exit. At that time the south bound traffic will switch over to the north bound lanes using an S-curve traffic control at the median crossover just south of the Lemitar exit ramp. A 12' width restriction will be in effect throughout the project. Hours of operation will be from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Construction is expected to be completed by fall 2018.

I-25, Mile Marker 147.3 to 148.2, Socorro CN 9900743
MWI Inc. (Contractor) will be installing lighting on the Socorro South Exit 147 On/Off Ramp. An 11' width restriction will be in effect on the north and south bound ramps. When needed detours will be in place and traffic is asked to reduce speed and use caution, seek an alternate route if possible. Hours of operation will be from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Thursday. Construction is scheduled to be completed by summer of 2018.

US Roadways:

US 70/N Main St. at Camino Del Rex, Las Cruces
The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) along with Morrow Enterprises, Inc. (Contractor) will begin signal light and drainage work along the northbound shoulder of N. Main St. at Camino Del Rex. Traffic may encounter a lane drop and shoulder work in the area. Hours of operation will be from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
State Roadways:

NM 15 "Pinos Altos", Mile Marker 0 to 1.21, Silver CityCN1100810
TLC Construction (Contractor) will be reconstructing the roadway, installing curb and gutter, sidewalk and bike lanes. NM 15 from HWY 180 to the 32nd street interchange will have one way traffic only. Detours will be in place and traffic is asked to reduce speed and use caution, seek an alternate route if possible. Contractor's hours of operation will be from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday; closures and traffic control shall remain in place 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Construction is scheduled to be completed by spring of 2019.

NM 26 "Hatch Hwy", Mile Marker 47 to 47.6, Hatch PCN1101310
Villalobos Construction Company, Inc. (Contractor) will be performing Bridge Preservation operations to NM 26 (Rio Grande Bridge) in Dona Ana County. Traffic will encounter a mobile traffic light along with lane closures and flagging operations while work is being performed. Traffic Control closure will be in affect 24 hours a day till project is complete. Construction hours of operation will be from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Motorists are asked to reduce speed, obey posted signs, and use extreme caution, and be cautious of personnel in the area.

NM 136" Pete V Domenici Hwy", Mile Marker 0.448 to 9.168, Santa Teresa E100081,82,83
FNF Construction, INC. (Contractor) continues with roadway reconstruction, roadway rehabilitation, bridge rehabilitation, signalization & lighting along NM 136 the Pete V Domenici Intl. Hwy. Traffic will encounter lane closures as well as detours with an 11' width restriction in effect throughout the project. . On May 21st both northbound and southbound traffic will be on the northbound lanes with single lanes in both directions divided by temp concrete wall barrier. They will remain in this configuration until the next phase change in July. Due to lane closures travel into the port may be more congested. Contractor's hours of operation will be from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday; lane closures and traffic control shall remain in place 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

NM 498 "Racetrack Drive" Mile Marker 0.600 to 0.900, Sunland Park CN E100140
Hasse Contracting Co., Inc. (Contractor) will continue with bridge replacement and roadway reconstruction. NM 498 will be closed from Doniphan Drive to Futurity Drive; detour is in place on Sunland Park Drive. The Contractor's hours of operation will be from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. Construction is scheduled to be completed by summer 2018.

NM 498 "Racetrack Drive" Mile Marker 0.4, Sunland Park HW2M100648
Hasse Contracting Co., Inc. (Contractor) will begin structure preservation for the Rio Grande Bridge. NM 498 will be closed from McNutt to Futurity Drive; detour is in place on Sunland Park Drive. Motorists are asked to reduce speed, obey posted signs, use extreme caution, and be cautious of equipment and personnel in the area. Hours of operation will be from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Thursday. Construction is scheduled to be completed by summer 2018.

NM 152 Mile Marker 5 to 6, Hanover
James Hamilton Construction Co. (Contractor) will have a detour in place for road work on NM 152 for the construction of the Bebo Arch Structure. Speed limit will be reduced to 20 MPH. A 10' width restriction will be in effect throughout the project. Hours of operation will be from 6:30 am till 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Construction is scheduled to be complete by summer 2018.

NM 273 "McNutt Road" Mile Marker 8 -7, Santa Teresa
The New Mexico Department of Transportation will have maintainers on the roadway. NM 273 from mile post 5 (Santa Teresa) to mile post 7 the driving right lane will be closed due to roadway repairs. This closure is expected Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

NM 152 Mile Marker 40 to 32, Kingston
The New Mexico Department of Transportation will have maintainers on the roadway. NM 152 between mile markers 40(Kingston)-32 both lanes will be intermittently closed for blade patching in the area. Closure will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm and is expected to last until May 31st.

Chip Sealing Operations:
The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) will be performing "Chip Sealing" with Brooming and Fog Sealing operations in Sierra & Dona Ana Co. Speed limit will be reduced, no center stripe and loose gravel on roadway. Traffic will encounter lane drops with pilot car and flagging operations.

Roadways affected will be:
NM 27 "Lake Valley to Hillsboro" mile post 14.5 to 30
Junction of NM 26 "W Hall St" traveling north onto NM 187 "EL Camino Real" from mile post 0-7

Las Cruces Projects – City of Las Cruces:

Arroyo Road
From Red Hawk Golf Road to Sonoma Ranch Blvd will be closed to through traffic. Motorists will be asked to decrease speed and follow detours around the construction zone.

Brownlee Avenue
From Second Street to Third Street will be closured to through traffic. Access to residents will be maintained at all times. Motorists will be asked to decrease speed, follow the posted detour routes around the construction zone, and should proceed with caution.

Church Street
From Bowman Avenue to Griggs Street will have one lane closured to traffic. Access to businesses will be maintained at all times. Motorists will be asked to decrease speed, follow the posted detour routes around the construction zone, and should proceed with caution.

Dona Ana Road
From Hamula Drive to Richard Drive is closured to traffic. Access to businesses and residents will be maintained at all times. Motorists will be asked to decrease speed, follow the posted detour routes around the construction zone, and should proceed with caution.

Eagle Ridge Drive
From Mars Avenue to Sunridge Drive will be closed to through traffic. Access to residents will be maintained at all times. Motorists will be asked to decrease speed through the construction zone and should proceed with caution.

Highridge Street
From Mars Avenue to Sunridge Drive will be closed to through traffic. Access to residents will be maintained at all times. Motorists will be asked to decrease speed through the construction zone and should proceed with caution.

Main Street
At the intersection of Griggs Avenue is open to through traffic.

Second Street
From Picacho Avenue to W Hadley Avenue will be closured to through traffic. Access to businesses will be maintained at all times. Motorists will be asked to decrease speed, follow the posted detour routes around the construction zone, and should proceed with caution.

W Hadley Avenue
From N Mesilla Street to North Reymond Street is open to through traffic.

Water Street
From Bowman Avenue to Griggs Street will have the west lane closured to traffic. Access to businesses will be maintained at all times. Motorists will be asked to decrease speed, follow the posted detour routes around the construction zone, and should proceed with caution.

El Paso Projects – Go 10/Border West Expressway
