The Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce today announced its slate of nominees elected to serve on the board of directors for the 2018-2019 program year. The slate includes those elected to serve on the Chamber's executive committee, one-year terms which will end in June 2019 and three-year terms which will end in 2021. Also announced today was the incoming Chairman-Elect, Mike Canfield, President and CEO of the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center and Indian Pueblos Marketing.

PNM Resources President, CEO and Chairwoman Pat Vincent-Collawn, who has served on the Chamber's Board of Directors for several years, including as Chairman of the Board in 2010-2011, will return to again lead the Chamber as Chairman. For the last two years, Ms. Vincent-Collawn has also served the organization as Chair of the Chamber's Public Safety Bold Issues Group (BIG). Ms. Vincent-Collawn has more than 20 years of experience in the utility industry. Before joining PNM Resources in 2007, she served as President and CEO of Public Service Company of Colorado, a subsidiary of Xcel Energy. Ms. Vincent-Collawn's involvement in the community is extensive and she serves or has served on a number of boards including the New Mexico Partnership, Economic Forum, Kirtland Partnership Committee, and United Way of Central New Mexico.

Ms. Vincent-Collawn's professional association involvement is also extensive as she serves as Chairman of the Edison Electric Institute Board of Directors, Board Member for CTS Corporation and NEIL (Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited) and has served as Past Chairman of the Electric Power Research Institute. We'll soon roll out strategic initiatives in these three areas which will direct our path forward and in the end, our community will be more robust and vibrant than ever. Mike Canfield was elected to serve as Chairman-elect for FY19 and will serve as the board chair in FY20. Mr. Canfield is President and CEO for the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center and Indian Pueblos Marketing. Mr. Canfield is a member of Laguna Pueblo and serves on many community and business boards including the United Way of Central New Mexico, Albuquerque Economic Development, New Mexico Mutual, and Economic Forum. He also serves on the City of Albuquerque's Commission of Indian Affairs. (photo attached)
