David C. Fierro has been located and was taken into custody by Albuquerque Police Department on February 23, 2019.  

Eagle Nest, NM - On February 16, 2019 at approximately 10:22 a.m., New Mexico State Police were called to the Eagle Nest Boys Reintegration Center located at 28783 US-64 in reference to a juvenile that had walked away from the facility. The juvenile was identified as David C. Fierro (18) of Bosque Farms, NM. 

Fierro was last seen running towards US-64 from the facility and later reported to be in a green Honda Accord traveling towards Angel Fire, NM. He is described as a Hispanic male who is 5’8”, 173 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  He has a tattoo of Praying hands on his left chest. He was last seen wearing grey pants, grey and black short sleeve shirt, and black work boots.

Fierro was committed to the facility for Battery, Larceny of a Firearm (Less than $2500), Unlawful possession of a hand gun by a person under 18, Probation Violation (Weapons), Assault (Unlawful Acts, Threats or Conduct and a Household Member), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
