The Arroyo Fire is burning on private land approximately 5 miles west of Bloomfield in San Juan County. The fire has burned two mobile homes, multiple outbuildings and vehicles. Additional structures are threatened, but there are no evacuations at this time. The fire is currently estimated at 7 acres and 0% contained. Fuels include Russian olive and salt cedar. Multiple resources are fighting this fire and working to stop its forward progress. The cause is under investigation.
