Laura Christine Madero, 57, a resident of Silver City, NM entered eternal rest Saturday, September 30, 2017.

She was born April 20, 1960 in Lordsburg, NM to Emilio Madero and Lupe Villanueva.

Laura loved her customers at La Familia Restaurant and enjoyed getting to know the community of Silver City.

She is survived by her mother, Lupe Madero of Lordsburg; three sons, Julian Rodriguez of Silver City; Johnny Rodriguez of Colton, CA; and Jesse Ortega of Silver City; one daughter, Felicia Ramirez Cardenas and husband Juan Jr., of Silver City; six grandchildren, Joee, Ayliana, Mia, Jewelissa, Aubrey, and Julian Jr; two brothers, Dennis Madero and companion Lalena Yanez of Silver City; Joseph Madero and wife Katrina of Tucson, AZ; three sisters, Mary Ann "Tiggy" Ward and husband Josh from Tucson, AZ; Irene Duran also of Tucson, AZ; and Vangie Gutierrez of Tucson, AZ. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Visitation will be Friday, October 6 from 5-6 pm at Terrazas Funeral Chapels with the holy rosary to begin at 6 pm with Dr. Gilbert Arizaga reciting. The funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Saturday, October 7 at 11 am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Father Jude Okonkwo officiating. Concluding service and interment will follow at Shakespeare cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Danny Lopez, Juan Cardenas Jr., Saul "JR" Ortega, Joseph Madero, Lenny Gallegos, and Josh Ward.
