Benjamin Dominguez, 90, a resident of Bayard, NM entered eternal rest Sunday, April 8, 2018 at his residence surrounded by his family.

He was born August 24, 1927 in Chamisal, NM to Juan Andres Dominguez and Felia Lopez.

He is survived by his loving wife, Alicia "Alice" Dominguez of the family home; two sons, Tomas Dominguez (Deborah) of Albuquerque; Larry Dominguez of Arenas Valley; six daughters, Olivia Castillo of Santa Clara; Lupe Lucero (Frank) of Hurley; Shirley Rodriguez of Silver City; Celia Perez of Davison, Michigan; Angela Rodriguez (Blas) of Arenas Valley; Yvonne Dominguez of Lafayette, CO; twenty grandchildren; forty-one great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Ann Dominguez; four grandchildren, Christopher Dominguez, Jessica Dominguez, Michelle and Gabriel Castillo; three sisters, Delfina Apodaca; Dorothy Martinez; Lorraine Valdez.

Visitation will be Thursday, April 12 from 12-1 p.m. at Terrazas Funeral Chapels with the holy rosary to begin at 1 p.m. family reciting. The funeral liturgy will follow at 2 p.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Church with Father Abraham Solis officiating. Concluding service and interment will be at the Bayard Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jason Dominguez, Joshua and Julian Lucero, Levi Rodriguez, and Antonio Sedillo.
