Laurence Eugene Patterson, 73, Deming resident passed away Sunday May 20, 2018 at Mesilla Valley Hospice in Las Cruces.

Laurence was born June 23, 1944 to Mary Allene Boone and Richard Lewis Patterson in Memphis, Tennessee. He is survived by his wife, Sandra C. Patterson of the home; sons, Jason Patterson of Florida, Kevin Patterson and wife Lorenza of Las Cruces; daughters, Kellie Barry of Deming, Wendy Richardson of Tennessee; 3 brothers, Jearl, Melvin and Richard Patterson; 11 grandchildren and extended family members.

Preceded in death by parents, Richard and Mary Patterson; son, Rob Curtis and brother, Donald Patterson.
