Lena Mae Wright, 93, a resident of Silver City, NM entered eternal rest Monday, June 11, 2018 at Fort Bayard Medical Center.

She was born November 28, 1924 in Bisbee, AZ to Albert A. and Adeline Croff Lasater.

Lena was always there for her family. She took in nieces and grandkids plus her own three kids.

She had a great career working as a telephone operator for Mountain Bell and later for AT&T.

Lena will be missed very very much by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

She is survived by two sons, Roger Wright of Silver City; David Wright and wife Dianne of Silver City; one daughter, Joanne L. McGinnis of Tucson, AZ; nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; one brother, Leslie "Gene" Lasater of Denver, CO.

No service will be held as per family's request. Her cremains will be buried in Bisbee, AZ at later date. Cremation has taken place at Terrazas Crematory.
