Tony Pedro Madrid, 27, a resident of Silver City, NM entered eternal rest Sunday, June 10, 2018 in Wilcox, AZ.

He was born August 9, 1990 in Tucson, AZ.

Tony was an extraordinary man. He graduated from Cobre High; he joined the service right after high school and came back with crazy stories. He travelled the world. Tony always kept us on our toes, always laughing, and joking; he always made you smile. He was outgoing; loved being with his Dad hunting, fishing, and partying. He loved his mom and sisters. He loved to sing and hear music. He was talented in carving and working hard. He will truly be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his parents, Roland M. and Myra A. Madrid of Santa Clara; two brothers, Daniel Howard of Tucson, AZ; Angel Eliaz also of Tucson, AZ; three sisters, Brittany Madrid of Bayard; Sherri Madrid of Santa Clara; Rosa Scoville and husband David of Suffolk, VA; paternal grandparents, Hector and Eloise Lopez of Las Cruces; paternal great-grandmother, Mary Madrid; maternal grandmother, Celia Howard of Tucson, AZ; maternal grandparents, Raymundo and Gloria Ortiz of Hanover; three nephews Ismael Madrid, Hunter Hernandez, and Jace Scoville; numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, June 25 at 12:30 p.m. at Terrazas Funeral Chapels with Pastor Joseph Gros officiating. Concluding service and inurnment will follow at Fort Bayard National Cemetery with full military honors.

Pallbearers will be Nicholas Madrid, Zachary Reyes, Abel Rios, Ronnie Lewis, Gary Ponce, and Sonny Madrid. Honorary pallbearers will be Carlos Luna, Ceasar Jimenez, Mike Barragan, Snow Calderon, Doug Provencio, and John Provencio.

Cremation has taken place at Terrazas Crematory.
