Celia C. Rieck, 64, a resident of Silver City, NM entered eternal rest Sunday, November 11, 2018 at her residence. She was born February 12, 1954 in Douglas, AZ to Jacinto Cardenas and Maria Palomarez. She proudly served her country with the U.S. Navy. She is survived by her husband, Mark Rieck of the family home; three brothers, Juan Cardenas and wife Chela of Silver City; Jacinto Cardenas Jr. of Silver City; Lazaro Cardenas and wife Antoinette of Tucson, AZ; five sisters, Felipa Ramirez and husband Ramiro of Deming; Terry Lopez and husband Gabriel of Deming; Rosie Urenda and husband John of Elko, NV; Adelina Fast and husband Kevin of Albuquerque; Esperanza Logan and husband Lane of Silver City; she is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. No service will be held at family’s request. Cremation will take place at Terrazas Crematory.
