Rudy Zapata Sepulveda, 62, a resident of San Lorenzo, NM entered eternal rest Friday, January 11, 2019 at Gila Regional Medical Center. He was born January 3, 1957 to Raul M. Sepulveda and Luz Zapata Sepulveda in Silver City, NM. He was a true blue Mimbreño. He enjoyed cattle ranching. Rudy was an All around Cowboy and a very loyal friend to all who knew him. Loved being surrounded by family and friends.  He will be greatly missed by all. He is survived by his wife of 37yrs, Mary P. Sepulveda of Silver City; two sons, Daniel Cordova and wife Jessica of Albuquerque; Rudy Sepulveda Jr. and companion Kaissa Duran of Bayard; two daughters, Tenisha Jimenez and husband Ralph of Mimbres; Luz Sepulveda of Bayard; six grandchildren, Ajahamae, Yzaiah, Zayden, Savannah, EJ, and Saul; two brothers, Gilbert Jimenez and wife Michelle of Hurley; Toy Sepulveda and wife Delia of San Lorenzo; one sister, Esther Sepulveda Ortiz and husband Robert of San Lorenzo; special cousin, Johnny Zapata; special sister-in-law, Sylvia Sierra; several nieces and nephews.  A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, January16 at 10:30am at the Sepulveda cemetery with Deacon Bill Holguin officiating. Pallbearers will be Dennis Chavez, Johnny Zapata, Charlie Ortiz, Bernie Salaiz , Zeb Ortiz, and Anthony Cameron. Honorary pallbearers will be Kevin and Kyren Sierra, Bobby Zapata, Troy Hupp, Matthew Flores, Dan and Diego Chavez, and Michael Alcorta.
