Violet Villalba Ruiz, 33, a resident of Fort Bliss, TX formerly of Santa Clara, NM entered eternal rest Monday, March 11, 2019 at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, TX. She was born July 11, 1985 in Silver City, NM to Ruben Villalba and Yolanda Castillo Villalba. She loved spending time outdoors and watching her children play sports. She loved spending time with her family. She had a smile that would brighten any room. She is survived by her loving husband, Robert Ruiz Jr. of El Paso, TX; her parents, Ruben and Yolanda Villalba of Santa Clara; one son, Javier Ruiz of El Paso; two daughters, Alicia and Mia Ruiz of El Paso; one brother, Ruben Villalba Jr. and wife Tera of Show Low, AZ; two sisters, Veronica V. Oliver and husband Ty of Silver City; Andrea Moser and husband Daniel of Silver City; twenty-one nieces  and nephews; In-laws, Robert Ruiz Sr. and Rosemary of Santa Clara. She was preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Maria de Jesus.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 20 from 5-6pm at Terrazas Funeral Chapels with the holy rosary being recited by Deacon Richard Rodriguez to follow at 6pm. The funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Thursday, March 21 at 10am at Santa Clara Catholic Church with Father Robert Becerra officiating. Pallbearers will be Ruben Villalba Sr., Ruben Villalba Jr., Robert Ruiz Sr., Joseph Ruiz, Edward Joe Milo, Isaiah Ruiz, T.J. Oliver, Michael Lucero, Michael Milo, and Jose Roacho. Honorary pallbearers will be all of her family and friends. Cremation will take place at Terrazas Crematory.
