Allen Ray Bauguess was born on October 21, 1945 in Elkin, NC and he passed from this life on April 4, 2019 at the age of 73. He served for 4 years in the Air Force and had his Associates Degree in Psychology from Laramie County Community College. He married the love of his life, Kathy, on May 31, 1968 in Cheyenne, WY and they were married for 50 years. At the time of his death he had two children, seven grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. He lived, worked, and raised his family in Loveland, CO for 34 years before retiring to Silver City, NM in 2010. He loved New Mexico and really enjoyed the years he spent here. Allen is survived by his wife Kathy, his sister Linda McComb (John), his son, Daniel Bauguess and daughter Nancy Pursley (Dan), his grandchildren and great grandchildren. A Celebration of Life service will be held at Cross Point Church at 11600 US 180, Silver City, NM on Thursday, April 11, 2019 at 11am to be followed at 1pm with a Committal service with full military honors at Fort Bayard National Cemetery.
