Duane Richard Pearce, 76, a Rodeo resident entered eternal rest Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at Fort Bayard Medical Center. He was born June 1, 1942 in St. Joseph, Missouri to John Dearick and Doris McCauley Dearick . The Pearce’s were resident managers of the U Store-It in Arenas Valley for 13 years. They retired in 2015 for health reasons. He is survived by his wife Sandra of the family home; one son, Richard Duane Pearce and wife Elana of Pearl City, Hawaii; three daughters, Eileen Pearce of Camas Valley, OR; Theresa Linson and husband John of Prospect, OR; Susan Young and husband Raymond of Mirtle Point, OR; ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one brother, James Pearce and wife Charlotte of Broadbent, OR; two sisters, Sandra Cooley and husband Roger of White City, OR; Paula Biles of Grants Pass, OR; numerous nieces and nephews.  No service will be held at family’s request.
