Adam Joshua Maldonado, 38, a resident of Silver City, NM entered eternal rest Thursday, August 29, 2019 at Mt. View Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM.  He was born May 22, 1981 in Silver City to Manuel A. Maldonado and Kathy Genera. He is survived by his mother Kathy Genera of Silver City; four sons, Samuel Rocha of Las Cruces; Estevan Maldonado of Silver City; Cezar Jaramillo of Las Cruces; Manuel Maldonado of Las Cruces; two daughters, Monica Maldonado of Las Cruces; Tenaya Washington of Las Cruces; six brothers, Steven Genera of Los Angeles, CA; Samuel Maldonado of Silver City; Manuel Maldonado and wife Lucia of Hurley; Daniel Maldonado and wife Rachel of Hurley; Frankie Maldonado and wife Christina of Bayard; Isaiah Maldonado of Silver City; two sisters, Laura and Amada Maldonado both of Silver City; numerous nieces and nephews.  He loved camping, fishing, barbequing and life to the fullest. He loved spending time with the family.

Visitation will be Friday, September 13 from 10-11am at Terrazas Funeral Chapels. The funeral service will follow at 11am with Pastor Earseye Ross officiating. Concluding service and interment will follow at Memory Lane cemetery. Pallbearers will be Manuel Maldonado, Samuel Rocha, Estevan Maldonado, Daniel Maldonado, Joseph Romero, Tom Maynes, Isaiah Maldonado, and Frankie Maldonado. Honorary pallbearers will be Monica Maldonado, Adam Martinez, Monette Baeza, Will Gonzales, Jonah Dunne, and Cezar Jaramillo.
