Delfina Villalpando Arambula, 79, a resident of Lordsburg, NM

ArambulaVDelfina Villalpando Arambula, 79, a resident of Lordsburg, NM entered eternal rest Thursday, March 21, 2024 at University Medical Center Hospital of El Paso, TX.   She was born on January 10, 1945 to her parents, Blas and Felicitas (Rodriguez) Villalpando in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico.

Those who had the privilege of knowing Delfina will remember her as a selfless individual who always prioritized the needs of others above her own. Her generous and nurturing nature shone through as she made sure nobody ever came to her home without her getting up to make a meal if she didn't have something made, leaving her home hungry or antojado (craving). Delfina's culinary skills were renowned among her family, friends and community, particularly her delicious gorditas!

Aside from tending to her loved ones and creating mouth-watering dishes, Delfina found joy in spending as much time with her family and friends. She always knew what was going on and would put you on hold while she answered the call coming in or other phone ringing. We would joke and say, " Mom is the Grand Central." Her warm personality and giving spirit touched the lives of many.

memr

Marjorie Elaine McAdams (Roybal), beloved mother to Brandon, Colby, Anthony and Maia, passed away peacefully on March 18th, 2024.

Elaine was known as a talented artist and was dedicated to elementary art education.  She had a fondness of all animals and her true love for Arabian horses and Dobermans was a constant throughout her life.  In addition to her mountain home among her plants, her favorite place to be was on the shore of the ocean looking for seashells which she would add to her collection of treasures at her home.  Above all, her love for her children was selfless and strong, creative and loving, unconditional and eternal. Elaine will be dearly missed by her family, friends, colleagues and students.

She is survived by her four children, Brandon (Tricia) Steiner, Colby (Jake) Steiner, Anthony Roybal, and Maia (Ryan) Chaney; her six grandchildren, Amoria Field, Morgan and Julian Chaney, Brayden Steiner, Anthony Ray and Samatha Roybal; her brother, Steve (Margaret) McAdams and her nephew, Brian (Lindsey) McAdams; and her beloved horse, Aziza, and best friend, Magic.
