* WIND...Southwest around 20 mph.
* HUMIDITY...5 to 7 percent.
* HIGHEST THREAT...is located across southern and central portions of Catron county in western New Mexico.
* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
