snowfall rates will occur Friday between 1 PM and 5 PM.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation will start off as rain late
tonight into Friday morning, but will quickly change to snow as

cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
