LEGAL NOTICE

The Bayard City Council will conduct a Special Meeting at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 25, 2019 at the Bayard City Hall. Items on the agenda relate to Wastewater System User Fee Increase for Colonias Infrastructure Dewatering System Project and temporary salary adjustments for maintenance department personnel. A copy of the Agenda in its entirety may be obtained at the City Hall Administrative Office during regular business hours by the Friday before the scheduled meeting date. A Closed Executive Session will be held pursuant to State Statues 10-15-1(H-2), NMSA 1978 for personnel.

If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the city clerk at 800 Central Avenue (537-3327) at least one week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible.

The next regular meeting will be held on Monday, December 09, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. Any person wishing to be placed on the agenda should contact the City Clerk no later than 1:30 PM on the Wednesday preceding the posted date for the next regular meeting. The public is invited to attend.
