 llerman added.\nShe will discuss how to maintain a sense of gratitude in ou
 r everyday lives.\nSunny Yates Kellerman is a founding partner in Effective
  Environments®. She is a management consultant and executive coach, with ex
 perience in nonprofit management, small business development and commercial
  law.\nKellerman has coached and consulted with managers, business owners a
 nd CEOs, among others, by coaching them to focus on empowering them to be s
 elf-generating in applying fundamental principles for effectiveness and hel
 ping them to design and use practices that support achieving extraordinary 
 results.\nAs well as authoring and co-authoring more than 30 articles on su
 bjects such as effectiveness, coaching; and time, project, and clutter mana
 gement, she is also the co-creator of the audio publication of “Being Effec
