vg week3Ready to start your Holiday shopping? Holiday Fiber Art Sale is happening Friday and Saturday, November 29 and 30, 2019, from 10 am to 4 pm at the Grant County Conference Center located at 3031 Highway 180 East in Silver City.

November 29 is Black Friday, and Saturday is "Small Business Tax Holiday" and our vendors will not have to collect sales tax that day! In the lobby Bev's Kitchen Bakery will have a variety of delicious home baked goods, hot drinks, and breakfast items. 

At this sale you can find a unique gift for every budget. There really is something for everyone! This event is FREE, so it's a great way to learn about fiber art and find the perfect holiday gifts. 

The Southwest Women's Fiber Arts Collective (SWFAC) sponsors this annual sale as an opportunity for its members to show and sell their fiber art. Founded in 2005 in Silver City, their mission is to celebrate fiber art and realize its economic potential. Board member Jean Hill stated “this is a great way to learn about fiber art, meet the artists, and find the perfect holiday gifts.  Please see our website www.fiberartscollective.org for more information about our organization.”
