Caller advised that a named individual just stole her phone from her purse. Deputy advised caller advised she was punched but refused medical attention.

Caller advised the female from the other night was back and not letting her sleep. Deputy advised an individual was issued an indefinite CTW to a North Hurley Road address/out at the Drifter.

Breaking and entering

Deputy is out at the thrift store next to La Familia and the front door is smashed in. Made entry into the store/negative contact with anyone inside/could not determine if anything was taken.

Caller cannot get hold of her 96-year-old mother/she does have health problems/spoke to her yesterday/she just got out of a nursing home three weeks ago. Deputy had contact advising she is okay but does not have power to her phone. Deputy unplugged the phone and plugged it back in again and advised her to wait 30 minutes and see if she can use it again.

Lassen Street
Caller advised a named male is following her on social media. Deputy advised caller to make all other social media accounts ‘private’ and not to accept ‘friend’ or ‘follow’ requests if she does not know . . .

Caller advised that a named male is not allowing her to speak to her 9-year-old daughter/they have joint custody and she is supposed to get her every other week, but he has had her for over a week.

Caller from Texas advised a named female is harassing them and making threats in reference to the company letting her go because she was making threats.

Caller advising the neighbors are constantly harassing himself and his customers/advising they are always cussing at them. Deputy had contact with caller.

Caller from CYFD advised this child is with a named male who is not her father. Deputy had contact with mother in California who advised he has permission to have her/will be returning
her to California on Saturday.

Someone vandalized his vehicle with markers. Deputy advised en route after clear from loud music complaint.

Caller is intoxicated/advised his girlfriend locked him out of the home/no altercation. Deputy advised giving male a ride to Motel 6/verbal argument between caller, girlfriend, and son.

Caller advised someone stole his black Nike shoes, which had an extra key to his car, and his medical marijuana/advised his brother took them/caller went to shower when brother came over.

Bridge west of park was tagged “Don’t vandalize okay, you bitch.” Caller advised he covered it with blue paint as children were there.

Her 19-year-old son and his girlfriend are fighting and he is damaging the residence. Deputy had contact advising negative physical/parties separated for night/units clear.

Male is passed out on south side of road. Deputies in the area ATL/out with a named female/en route with female to Bayard.

Deputy advised male advised he was trying to get a spider out of his car/units clear.

A named male is breaking windows to caller’s house.

Caller advised multiple subjects just sneaked into the Hurley Pool. Deputy advised out of unit on foot/negative contact with anybody/unit clear.

Camino Seco – Arenas Valley
Caller advised her 20-year-old sister is possibly on drugs/she just left in a white Chevy car with other subjects headed toward Santa Clara. Advised they can’t take care of her. Caller was not making sense and disconnected. Deputy had negative contact up to Yucca Valley.

Highway 180 – Bayard City Limits
Deputy out at Fort Bayard with vehicle/will be doing a welcheck.

Domestic disturbance
Valle de Uvas – Upper Mimbres
Grandfather is fighting father/no drunk/no alcohol. Deputy advised vehicle trying to leave/units clear.

Chalcocite Court – Tyrone
Caller advised she has not seen the homeowner in a while and there have been young subjects in and out of the residence taking things. Deputy had contact with subject who said mother lives there/everything is okay.

Weapons fired
North Hurley Road
Caller advised that two guys are arguing in the road/heard one gunshot. Second caller advised a named male shot BBs and then a real gun. Caller advised a named male is fighting with the other male. Brother of one male called advising he knows he did something stupid.
