Caller has not heard from his aunt in two weeks/she has Alzheimer’s and lives alone. Deputy had contact advising the aunt is okay/no issues discovered/negative contact with caller after multiple attempts.

Caller advised several tools were stolen.

Accident-injuries
Highway 180 – MM 94 (1 mile north of Mangas)
50-year-old male/one victim thrown from vehicle/head injury/is talking. EMS2 advised put Native Air on standby/Native Air declining flight due to weather.

Breaking and entering
Agua Blanca Road – Hurley
Male broke into her son’s camping trailer/broke the windows/left running through yard to next door neighbor’s yard/unknown if anything was taken. Deputy had negative contact.

Delk Drive – Sunrise Estates
Caller advising he can hear a female screaming “No” and ”Stop.”/also a baby crying. Deputy in area with negative contact/everything is okay.

A named male is fighting with everyone/he’s upset because they aren’t letting him leave because he is only 15/he got into a physical altercation with her son and husband/he suffers from depression and should be on medication/has attempted suicide in the past/last time he was tested he tested positive for cocaine/has been sent to different facilities for . . .

Tuesday, Aug. 6

Domestic disturbance
Kirkland Road – Arenas Valley
17-year-old daughter is causing problems/she punched the wall/caller is headed out to open the gate and daughter is following her, yelling and crying.

Criminal trespass warning
Cochise Circle
Caller advised that his neighbor has been trespassing and damaging his fence on his property. Deputy out at a named female’s house.

Welfare check
Pope Street and Silver Heights Blvd.
Deputy out with a named individual/refused medical/is going to help the individual over to a bench.

Chamisa Drive – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised she can hear a male yelling. Deputy in area.

Whiskey Creek Airport Road – Arenas Valley
Male passed out in a yellow bus/vehicle in the roadway, blocking caller. Caller called back advising male left/unknown which direction.

Criminal trespass warning
Lance Drive – Silver Acres
Caller advised Aaron’s is on the property trying to get property that belongs to them and are refusing to leave. Deputy was advised. Second caller advised that his employee was just battered advising the female hit him in the chest and told him to “get the **** off the property.” Advised they just need to verify that the furniture is not there, Deputy advised two individuals were issued indefinite CTWs for this address.

Received text from a named female advising she needed help finding her nephew but is not responding to caller’s texts.

Caller advised hit a deer.

Weapons fired
Galaz/San Francisco Road
Five shots over the last five minutes. Deputies had contact with a named female who advised males in two vehicles advised they were shooting skunks.

Bobwhite Drive
Maternal family hasn’t heard from a named female since Tuesday/caller believes her phone was taken away since there is a custody battle going on/advised the female’s mom died in March and caller thinks the female is afraid of her dad. Deputy had contact with stepmother advising everything is okay/will call caller back.

In reference to a check that was cashed by someone else other than the phone company.

In reference to an ex-co-worker who stole guns back in 2016.

Harassment
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised that a named female has been harassing her all day and wants the female issued a CTW. Deputy out with vehicle at Rio de Arenas Snappy.

Game and Fish
Ventana and Loma Verde drives
Caller stated he heard the growl of a mountain lion. NMSP dispatch was notified of the call.

Harassment
Agua Blanca and North Hurley Road
Advised that a male blocked her in at that location and was refusing to let her leave/he drives a blue van. Deputy had contact with caller who advised the situation had already been taken care of and she no longer needed assistance.

Truck went off the roadway/no injuries. Deputy advised to send wrecker/wrecker will be en route.

Male who appeared to be intoxicated was on a horse in caller’s yard/he headed south.
