Silver City, NM, October 24, 2019 -- The Gila National Forest, Silver City Ranger District is temporarily closing the small passenger vehicle parking lot at the Dragonfly Trailhead beginning Monday, October 28.  Engineering staff will be laying concrete and constructing/installing a new two-panel kiosk.

The large vehicle/horse trailer parking lot will remain open during the construction process. Just a reminder - this is a day-use area parking lot and not to be used by RVs for overnight camping. The Forest apologizes for any inconvenience.
