Fraud/embezzlement
Maple Street
Caller advised her boyfriend stole her white 2003 Chevy/he was going to destroy it. Officer advised this is a civil issue.

Advised a male in the parking lot is yelling at people. Officer advised one adult male in custody with failure to pay warrant in the amount of $542 out of Judge Grijalva’s court/en route to station for paperwork/en route to GCDC.

Officer has contact with male with an outstanding warrant for failure to pay in the amount of $201 out of Judge Laney’s court/send other units/downgrade units still send one.

Sunday, Nov. 10

Unattended death
S. Franey Street
Caller advised that her 42-year-old son is not waking up and is cold to the touch. Officer advised OMI has been contacted/ETA 20 minutes/unit clear/OMI clear as well.

Welfare check
Diamond Street
Caller stated that her son has been in bed at his girlfriend’s house for about five days with a headache. Officer had contact with son and he is going to contact his mother.

Caller advised that she hasn’t been able to get hold of a named female in three weeks/number is disconnected. Advised everything is okay/she is having phone issues.

Caller has DVO with a named male and she is receiving harassing texts from him.

Caller stated that on the 3rd her female ex pulled out a gun on her and she is just reporting it because there is a restraining order against her and she doesn’t want to get in trouble for helping her take care of her child last week. Caller stated she was beat up by the female last week and she wants to file a report.

Caller advised a male is refusing to leave/he goes over to her mother’s property and sleeps in her mother’s vehicle/they know who it is. Officer had contact with caller.
