Caller has had no contact with mother about children. Officer had contact advising all three children in the home are well-groomed, clean environment, plenty of food.

Caller had a neighbor call stating an individual is trying to break into their house through the back window.

Caller wants someone to check to see if an 11-year-old runaway is at the father’s house. Officer had contact with male at skate park.

Domestic disturbance
N. East Street
Caller advised her boyfriend went over and tried to take her Firestick/he wanted to erase everything from her Firestick/he left about three minutes ago/he did get physical with her/he threw a water bottle at her.

Intoxicated persons

Caller advised his daughter is extremely intoxicated and causing problems/he wants her removed for the night. Officer advised everything is okay/parties separated.

Unwanted subject
Central Avenue
A named male is breaking doors in the house and caller wants him gone. Officer advised male left upon request.

Burglary
Main Street
Caller advised she was notified by her nephew that the front door was open and the kitchen window is broken/a tire iron is outside the broken window.

A named 84-year-old male hasn’t answered his phone for a few days now/he did have a heart problem toward the beginning of the day.

Criminal sexual penetration
Cobre High School
Reference a sexual assault happening in Bayard/will meet officer in the front in 15 minutes/female is 16-years-old.

Burglary
N. Yucca Street
Caller advised she just got home and noticed someone burglarized their house.

Disturbance

Female was upset and yelling and a male was trying to calm her down. Caller advised female is intoxicated and was woken up by the male because she ‘wet the bed.’ Caller advising the female left but was walking back to the residence/caller advised she needed to hang up. Officers have one female in custody.

C and 5th streets
Caller can hear a female yelling a male’s name ‘Victor.” Officer on scene at a D Street address.

Tuesday, Nov. 12

Mental health complaint
D Street
Male yelling and screaming and hitting the walls. Caller advised it is her son/they cannot get him to calm down/he is screaming he wants to die.

Domestic disturbance
Romero Avenue
Caller advised her ex is there threatening to beat her up/male is just sitting on the couch pretending nothing is happening/now he is taking her keys and phone and yelling he is not leaving/only yelling not physical.

DV order violation
E Street
Caller advised a no contact violation happened last week.

Caller advised that her boyfriend is driving drunk in a red Kia. Caller advised her partner is back and he is yelling at her and threw his hat at her/she wants him out of the house/he will be arguing with her all night.
