Caller wants her boyfriend escorted off the property for the night/they had an argument and he won’t leave. Officer advised boyfriend left prior to arrival.

Caller advised she was served with temporary DVO paperwork and she wants to make sure her 5-year-old son who is with his father is okay. Advised they took him from her in his sleep in Albuquerque.

101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller advised a female was just in the store threatening her cashier/she already left/it’s the same female from last week. Officer advised clear/female left prior to arrival.

100 Hurley Avenue
A named male was harassing caller because he placed an order, and caller tried to fix the order, due to being out of product, and when male came back with his wife they were given a complimentary for next time. The male then banged on door of closed business and was screaming at her. Officer was notified and advised would call caller.

A Street – 11 a.m.
Caller has a named male that is off his meds and she needs officers to ask him if he’s going to be okay to stay or make him leave if he doesn’t calm down. Deputy was advised of call.

A Street – 11:52 a.m.
Caller called back advising she followed the officer’s instructions and the male did not like it and started causing a scene, then left walking. Officer advised they had contact with caller and then had contact with male and he is headed back home.

Caller advised that a named male kicked down her door and is fighting with her right now/advised the male left out the backdoor down the back alley toward the mine/caller hung up. Deputy advised one in investigative detention.

81-year-old female (mother of caller) was just released from rest home/father, 82-year-old male, has been threatening father and hitting him. Caller is en route from Bayard. Officer advised units clear/all verbal.

Male in front of the building is yelling at himself. Officer out with Eddie Herrera/negative wants/will take him back home.

Marcia Drive
Caller from APS-Deming advised the female is elderly and husband drove himself to GRMC/he is her caretaker/they need her to be checked to make sure she is okay. Deputy advised everything is okay/neighbors are helping her/she will call if she needs anything.

Officer advised female needs EMS for use of force/reference to male they used use of force/negative on any specific complaint/alert/breathing normally/negative emergency response. Officer advised en route to GRMC.
