Caller has someone banging on the door of her trailer/lost connection.

Young female went to her house crying asking to use her phone to call her grandmother/refused help/did call grandmother. Officer had negative contact.

DV order violation

Caller advised that on Sunday, caller’s daughter came to caller’s home and stayed in her vehicle for about 10 minutes and left.

Domestic disturbance

A named male just slapped caller/they are still arguing and he is still on scene/she does not need medical attention/male possibly drinking or on drugs. Officer issued Anthony Alcorta an indefinite CTW for this location.

Officer advised everything is okay/it was just a BB gun.

Caller was advised by a school aide advising her daughter overheard a group of 6th graders saying that a third grade student was raped by her father. CYFD requests county unit to respond.

A named male is going into the residence and don’t want him there. Officer had negative contact.

Stolen motor vehicle
W. Oak Street – 4:45 p.m.
Caller advised she lent her gray Corolla to a named male who left in it around noon and never returned it. Caller called back advising the male returned her vehicle.

Santa Clara Post Office
Caller advised an elderly male with a cane is sitting outside the post office who did not seem okay and asked caller for a ride. Deputy advised he would be giving the male a ride to a N. Silver Street address in Silver City.

Tuesday, Dec. 3

Harassment
W. Lincoln Street
Caller advised his named male neighbor went to his residence looking for his boyfriend and caller asked him to leave and wait until he got home because he was at work. The male then proceeded to tell caller to lower his voice or else he would ‘put his hands on him.’ Deputy called caller who stated the male is always knocking on his door asking to speak with his boyfriend and it upsets him.

Female has been walking and advised she is short of breath/ is okay/negative on ambulance/is ‘stuck’ there and possibly needs a ride somewhere. NMSP officer has contact on Highway 180 – MM 120 (1 mile north of Highway 152 junction).

85 to 95-year-old female with health issues/if located tell her to call her son. Officer has contact with female/she is okay.

Advised that a named male is causing problems and wants him removed/he is breaking items in the residence/all verbal at this time.
