Caller advised his water truck was vandalized.

Caller advised her dad and brother are fighting and said she couldn’t stay on the phone and hung up. Deputy had contact, advising the people stated it was verbal only.

Welfare check
Budge Drive
Caller advised he would like a welcheck done on his three daughters in Bayard but the kids are in no danger. Caller insisted on giving all the details in his custodial agreement so that he can subpoena the recorded call.

Accident-property damage
Maple Street
Caller stated that someone hit meter in front of the residence. Officer advised the gas company and the fire department. Gas Company advised eta of about 30 minutes/gas company on scene.

Unwanted subject
Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller asked her sister to leave and she will not go. Officer advised no one will come to the door and all the lights are off. Dispatch called advising caller has her phone turned off. Caller called back and said she called for an officer a long time ago and no one came to help her and she still needs her sister gone/could hear a female yelling in the background.

Caller advised that a 2000 gray Toyota Camry was taken early this morning/a named female has the keys and caller believes she has it/the female is just an acquaintance. Officer advised will be clear from that address and en route to . . .

Intoxicated persons
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Two males drinking outside the store/they are not causing problems. Officer ATL but had negative contact.

Breaking and entering
Grant Street
Caller said multiple subjects are trying to break in to his daughter’s house. Officer went traffic with Jeep on Central Avenue.

Caller advised that a named male is threatening him over a text message. Officer was unable to contact caller as phone has restrictions.

Domestic disturbance
Main Street – North Hurley
Caller advised that a named male hit her in the face and pistol-whipped her with his gun/he is no longer on scene/left in a red Toyota Camry/caller is requesting an ambulance/24-year-old female with bruising and swelling on the left side of her face/believes she is going to have an anxiety attack/having a hard time breathing. Officer in area ATL.

Officer advised one male in custody/en route to Carrasco Avenue/back to D Street to get his stuff/he got stuff and left.

Officer advised teenagers hanging out.

Caller asked for an officer to be sent/would not tell dispatch what was going on/stated, “Don’t make me call back a second time,” then hung up. Officer advised clear/will be an accident with property damage.

Domestic disturbance
Aztec Avenue
Caller advised she had an incident with her daughter and she wants her out of the house/it was physical. Caller advised she is leaving in a vehicle with her daughter/burgundy or maroon Jeep/they will be in the alley way not . . .

A named male is on his property and has a CTW/he is going into other people’s yards.

Intoxicated persons

Caller advised heavily intoxicated male in the bar/advising Corre Cantinas refused to take him anywhere/he resides in Arenas Valley. Officer requested ambulance for a male in his late 70s that is too intoxicated to stand up/possibly a diabetic. Officer advised one in unit en route to Silver/male dropped off at a 14th Street address.

A named male is causing problems for caller’s husband/the male tried to run him over about an hour and a half ago.

Caller stated the tenants’ window was broken and caller needs a unit to go out and make a report of the damage.
