Do you have diabetes and struggle with eating healthy? NMSU Cooperative Extension is offering free cooking classes* for adults with diabetes. Kitchen Creations will meet January 25, Sessions 1 & 2 and February 1, 2020 Sessions 3 & 4, both Saturdays from 9 am – 3 pm at the Grant County Extension Office Meeting Room, 2610 N. Silver St. Participants will learn to plan and make delicious meals that manage carbs. This program is part of the Paths to Health NM: Tools for Healthier Living initiative sponsored by the New Mexico Department of Health Diabetes Prevention and Control Program**.
