Caller said a semi had slid off the road somewhere between MM 20 and 25. Deputy had contact at Whitewater/units cleared/driver couldn’t make it up the hill so he pulled over to the side of the roadway and will wait until the snow melts.

Harassment
Camino Seco – Arenas Valley
Caller advised a named male who says he is from Snowflake, Colorado, is staying in a vacant house or sleeping by the creek/caller found trash by the creek. Deputy had negative contact with anyone/walked property.

Breaking and entering
McGinty – Lake Roberts
Caller advised his garage has been broken into/nothing was taken as there was nothing in the garage.

Welfare check
Highway 35
Caller said her 80-year-old sister left for the Silver City Senior Center at approximately 1:30 p.m. in her gray Ford Windstar van. Deputy contacted caller and while on the phone the sister pulled up and was okay/clear.

Deputy out with a named male/advised he is staying the night out at this location.

Deputy advised the vehicle has a flat tire and seems to have been in a bad accident/vehicle is off the road.

Deer appears to be injured and possibly needs to be put down/might not be visible to deputies by the time they arrive on scene. Deputy advised negative contact/clear.

Male was sitting parked in the middle of the roadway and when he was trying to turn around he hit a pole/he left his dog there and left the scene/he didn’t appear to be in the right state of mind/went west toward Ridge Road. Deputy had negative contact with vehicle/did have contact with the . . .

Caller wants her ex-husband issued a CTW for her residence. Indefinite CTW issued to the address per homeowner.

Walk-in stated her daughter was yelling and cursing at her on the phone and wanted charges pressed against her but then changed her mind.

Deputy had contact/truck is moved off the road and she is getting a ride back to town to get gas.
