Domestic disturbance

Male and female fighting. Caller called back advising it’s starting to get physical/they are going inside and outside. Deputy requested ambulance for 23-year-old female with bruising around her neck.

Chalcopyrite Court – Tyrone
Caller advised his neighbor in her late 50s left her garage door and back car door open and that is unlike her. Deputy had contact with neighbor who advised she had a little too much wine and forgot to close the garage door.

Unattended death
Tyrone Road
Burro Mountain Homestead/late 60s to early 70s/very cold to the touch/appears to have fallen out of bed. Deputy advised to send OMI/OMI en route/clear.

Criminal trespass warning
Mimbres Yucca Drive – Upper Mimbres
A named female is parked in a white 90s Ford pickup next to caller’s pickup on his property. Deputy spoke to both parties who agreed to leave each other alone.

Tuesday, Jan. 21

Burglary
Gold Rush Road – Hanover
Caller advised that a named male broke into her residence and stole her paperwork/she knows it was him because he returned some of the papers to her today/advised he pried the door open. Deputy had contact with caller who alleged her soon-to-be ex-husband broke into her home and took various papers.

Accident-property damage
Highway 35 – MM 8-9
Caller advised a gray vehicle rolled over/three people out of the vehicle/they are all okay/negative on ambulance. Deputy requested ambulance to check on occupants/send next wrecker/female carrying two Walmart bags wearing a hoodie walking south on Highway 35 was involved in the accident/send NMSP to ATL for female and help with traffic control.

Caller advised her neighbor has been going to her house all day. Deputy out with a group of people.

Domestic disturbance
Salars Road
Caller advised that her 34-year-old son has been home all day and didn’t go to work/he then said he wanted to kill himself/possibly has been drinking/he has a history of alcohol abuse. Deputy advised units clear/verbal only.

Wednesday, Jan. 22

Unwanted subject
E. Highway 180
Caller needs his son off the property/caller is at work and son was being violent toward his mother. Deputy advised everything is okay.

Caller advised she saw a truck pull off to the side of the road and it looked like it was slowly going into the ditch. Deputy had contact advising vehicle is off roadway/negative contact with anyone/everything is okay.

Thursday, Jan. 23

Bobwhite Drive
Caller advised her husband left out of town on Monday after an argument and he is not answering his phone. Wants him to respond as she is coming home today.

W. Highway 180 – Mangas Valley
Caller advised her uncle had several of his chickens shot the other day and wants an officer to check on him. Deputy had contact with uncle and advised he was okay. Advised after closer investigation they did find multiple tracks of an animal, possibly a coyote, and the marks left on the hens were consistent with bite marks.

Harassment
Partridge Drive
Caller said her and her friend were getting into the vehicle at the Bayard Snappy Mart and a named male started ‘talking crap’/he is an ex-boyfriend.

Highway 90 – 9:30 p.m.
Caller advised she has not had contact with two adults and two children in a van since they were on I-10 at Texas Canyon at about 6 p.m. They may have broken down since they were supposed to drive north from Lordsburg.
