Weapons fired
Shasta Street
At least five shots. Deputy advised watched a vehicle go by on Shasta Street that backfired.

Harassment
Aguila Street – Santa Clara
Two named subjects threatened caller/they called him and said they were going to kill him by putting a gun to his head/caller is 14-years-old and the other boys are in Bayard and are 16 and 17/caller is with his grandma. Deputy advised will try to contact one of the males/if negative contact will go to his grandma’s house in Bayard.

Caller from Ambercare advised a named 50-year-old female is having suicidal ideations. Deputy advised negative on any suicidal ideations/she is okay just very stressed out.

Accident-property damage
W. Highway 180 and Truck Bypass
Single vehicle in the ditch/negative on any injuries. Deputy requested wrecker/side and undercarriage damage.

Loud music
Broken Arrow Drive – Silver Acres – 10:02 p.m.
Caller advised loud music doming from this area/unsure of exact address. Deputy had negative contact with any loud music.

Loud music
Broken Arrow Drive – Silver Acres – 6:30 p.m.
Caller advised at this address they are constantly playing loud music/they do it on and off all day/wants a deputy to stop by and speak to them even if they are not playing loud music at the time. Deputies were advised/will be clear from this address/en route to another Broken Arrow address/clear from both addresses/both parties were very uncooperative but were advised of the noise ordinance/will . . .

Fraud/embezzlement
North Hurley Road – North Hurley
Caller advised someone took all the money out of his bank account. Deputy was advised.

Harassment
Rosedale Road
Caller advised his brother-in-law is threatening to go over and fight him in 10 minutes. Deputy advised units will be stationary in the area/units will be clear from stationary/will patrol . . .

Wednesday, Apr. 19

Shooting
Grenfell Street
Caller advised his brother took a loaded gun to his house and caller did not know it was loaded/he shot the gun accidently/it powderburned his daughter’s face and her ears are hurting/they have not taken her for medical treatment yet/caller wants to speak with a deputy to see what to do and what the law is. Deputy is en route and will call caller.

Criminal trespass warning
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised his children’s mother is going into his home and trespassing/she also has the kids with her when she is panhandling at Walmart. Deputy spoke with caller advising if he sees them in Walmart . . .

Deputy issued a named subject an indefinite CTW for Rio de Arenas G3.

Highway 35 and Turn Here Road
Can hear a female screaming and a male yelling. Deputy advised negative on a domestic. Made contact with a named female who advised that nobody was yelling, that it was her and her kids only at the house but not yelling. Deputy advised the female that they have been to her home several times and all for the same call of a male and female yelling . . .

Caller advised a package was stolen from his home that contained his medication.

Missing persons
Turkey Creek Road – Gila
A named male was last seen at Las Palmas Medical Center in El Paso/she was transported on 4-10-23 by ambulance to GRMC for medical episode/she was discharged from LPMC-EP on the 17th or 18th of April and hasn’t returned as of this date.

Quail Canyon – Mangas Valley
Caller from Bernalillo Co. detectives advised a named male is listed as a missing person out of Bern. Co. and wants to see if the male is at this address so he can be cleared from NCIC as a missing person. Deputy advised negative contact/male doesn’t live here anymore/possibly works at JD’s Feeds/request assistance from SCPD.
